Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung aus Karton od.dgl.zum Verpacken mehrerer Gegenstände, die im unteren Bereich wenigstens einen Hohlraum aufweisen, gebildet aus einer Umhüllung, welche die Gegenstände umschließt und Befestigungsmittel aufweist, welche in die Hohlräume eingreifen.
  • Aus der FR-A-2 550 515 und der FR-A-1466872 ist eine derartige Verpackung bekannt, die sich jedoch als nicht besonders günstig erwiesen hat.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der genannten Art zu schaffen, mit der in einfacher Weise eine Verriegelung der verpackten Gegenstände erreicht wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Befestigungsmittel wenigstens eine Klappe aufweist, die aus der Bodenwand der Umhüllung ausgestanzt ist, wobei die Klappe einen mittleren Abschnitt hat, der mit der Bodenwand durch eine erste Faltlinie verbunden ist und der wenigstens annähernd die gleiche Größe wie der Hohlraum aufweist und an dem zwei Seitenabschnitte angeordnet sind, die sich beiderseits des mittleren Abschnittes befinden und mit diesem über zwei weitere Faltlinien verbunden sind, die mit der ersten Faltlinie einen Winkel von vorzugsweise weniger als 90 Grad einschließen und wobei die beiden Seitenabschnitte eine Länge aufweisen, die größer als die Höhe des mittleren Abschnittes - senkrecht zur Faltlinie gemessen - ist.
  • Mit einer derart ausgebildeten Klappe ist ein ganz einfaches Verriegeln der Gegenstände möglich, wenn wie eingangs erwähnt ein Hohlraum vorhanden ist, in welchen die Klappe eingreifen kann.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Bodenwand Einschnitte aufweist, die von einer der Faltlinie gegenüberliegenden Stanzlinie ausgehen.
  • Durch diese Einschnitte können die Seitenabschnitte leicht durch die Bodenwand hindurchgeführt werden.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzlinie einen der Faltlinie gegenüberliegenden, nach außen verschobenen Abschnitt hat, wodurch der mittlere Abschnitt die Seitenabschnitte überragt.
  • Dadurch ist eine noch bessere Verriegelung der Klappe zwischen den Gegenständen ermoglicht.
  • Als ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn erfindungsgemäß die beiden weiteren Faltlinien jeweils von einem Ende der Faltlinie ausgehen und zueinander konvergieren.
  • Dadurch wird zum einen das Einführen der Klappe in den Hohlraum erleichtert und zum anderen die Klappe besser der Form der Gegenstände angepaßt.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung liegt erfindungsgemäß darin, daß der Umriß der Klappe durch die erste Faltlinie, zwei erste Stanzlinien, welche sich beiderseits der Faltlinie befinden und schräg zu dieser geneigt sind und einer zweiten weitgehend geradlinig verlaufenden Stanzlinie, die die beiden äußeren Enden der ersten Stanzlinien verbindet, gebildet ist.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Übergänge zwischen den ersten Stanzlinien und der zweiten Stanzlinie abgerundet sind.
  • Dadurch kann die Klappe beim Einführen in den Hohlraum nicht ungewollt verhaken.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß die zweite Stanzlinie im Bereich der beiden Seitenabschnitte nach innen verläuft und Einkerbungen bildet, in welche der Rand des Bodenabschnittes eizugreifen vermag, um die Klappe in einer Zwischenposition festzulegen.
  • Bei einer Verpackung mit wenigstens einer offenen Seite der Umhüllung, durch welche die zu verpackenden Gegenstände eingeführt werden können, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Klappe über die erste Faltlinie wenigstens geringfügig aus einer horizontalen Fläche geneigt ist, die senkrecht zur Längsachse der Umhüllung liegt.
  • Bei einer Verpackung für eine Gruppe von einer oder mehreren Reihen von becherförmigen Gefäßen, die an ihrer oberen Fläche verbunden sind und zwischen denen im Bodenbereich Hohlräume vorgesehen sind, hat es sich als zweckmäßig ergeben, wenn mindestens eine Klappe in jeder Gefäßreihe vorgesehen ist.
  • Sehr günstig ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß die erste Faltlinie jeder Klappe wenigstens annähernd parallel zur Längsachse der Umhüllung verläuft.
  • Dadurch werden die Klappen senkrecht zur Längsachse der Gefäßreihen eingefaltet und geben diesen einen sehr guten Halt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:

  • In Fig.1 ist ein flachliegender Kartonzuschnitt 10 gezeigt, der zum Herstellen einer hülsenförmigen Verpackung dient und eine Deckfläche 20 aufweist, an welcher über Faltlinien 23 und 24 je eine Seitenwand 30 bzw. 40 angelenkt ist. Über weitere Faltlinien 35 bzw. 45 sind Abschnitte 50a,50b einer Bodenwand 50 an diesen Seitenwänden angeordnet, die über Klebenahtzonen 52a,52b miteinander zur Bodenwand verbunden werden. In beiden Abschnitten der Bodenwand 50 ist je ein Befestigungsmittel 100 bzw. Klappe 102 vorgesehen, die durch Stanzlinien 106,108,110 aus der Bodenwand ausgestanzt und über eine Faltlinie 104 mit dieser verbunden ist.
  • Diese Klappe weist einen mittleren Abschnitt 112 sowie zwei Seitenabschnitte 114,116 auf, die wie aus Fig.4 ersichtlich ist über Faltlinien 118 und 120 miteinander verbunden sind.
  • In den Fig.2 und 3 sind zwei Schnitte durch fertig aufgerichtete Verpackungen dargestellt, die mit vier in zwei Reihen angeordneten becherförmigen Gefäßen 60a,60b,60 bestückt sind. Die Gefäße sind über einen gemeinsamen Flanschrand 62 mit einander an ihrem oberen Ende verbunden und weisen zwischen sich einen Hohlraum 64 auf, in welchen die Klappe 102 mit ihrem mittleren Abschnitt 112 und ihren Seitenabschnitten 114 und 116 eingreift.
  • Wie in Fig.4 dargestellt ist, haben die Seitenabschnitte 114 und 116 der Klappe 102 eine Länge L, die größer ist als die Höhe M des mittleren Abschnittes 112, der zu seinem freien, von der Faltlinie 104 abgewandten Ende schmäler wird. Dazu laufen die beiden von den Enden der Faltlinie 104 ausgehenden Faltlinien 118,120 zu einander konvergierend aufeinander zu und schließen mit den beiden Stanzlinien 106 bzw. 108 einen Winkel α ein, der geringfügig kleiner als 90 Grad ist.
    Die Stanzlinie 110 verläuft leicht bogenförmig mit einem Krümmungsradius, dessen Mittelpunkt in einem Punkt C liegt, der außerhalb des Punktes P liegt, in dem sich die Verlängerungen der Stanzlinien 106 und 108 schneiden. In der Zeichnung sind die durch die Stanzlinien ergebenden Kanten der beiden Seitenabschnitte 114 und 116 mit 114a,114b bzw. mit 116a und 116b bezeichnet.
    Von der Stanzlinie 110 gehen in einem nahezu rechten Winkel zwei Einschnitte 122 und 124 aus, durch welche beim Eindrücken der Klappe 102 in den Hohlraum 64 die abgerundeten Enden der beiden Seitenabschnitte hindurchtreten. In Fig.5 ist diese Stellung der Klappe 102 zwischen zwei Gefäßen 60a und 60c gezeigt. Dabei ist der mittlere Abschnitt mit den beiden Seitenabschnitten nach innen eingedrückt, die Enden der Seitenabschnitte sind bereits durch die beiden Einschnitte hindurchgetreten und stützen sich auf der benachbarten Fläche der Bodenwand ab.
  • In Fig.6 ist eine Klappe 102 dargestellt, bei welcher der mittlere Abschnitt nahezu dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist. Darüberhinaus ist zwischen den beiden Einschnitten 122 und 124 eine gegenüber der Stanzlinie 110 nach außen versetzte Stanzlinie 110a vorgesehen, der genauso wie die Stanzlinie 110 geradlinig verläuft.
  • Eine ähnlich ausgebildete Klappe 102 zeigt auch Fig.7 bei der allerdings die Faltlinien 118 und 120 auf die beiden Einschnitte zu verlaufen.
  • Fig.8 zeigt dagegen eine Klappe, bei welcher die Stanzlinie 110 bogenförmig verläuft und damit den Seitenabschnitten eine sichelförmige Form verleiht.
  • Dagegen hat diese Stanzlinie 110 beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 9 und 9a im Bereich der beiden Seitenabschnitte je eine Einkerbung 110f bzw. 110g, die von einer Ausbuchtung 110d bzw. 110e begrenzt wird.
  • In diese Einkerbung greift der Rand der Bodenwand 50 ein und hält die Klappe in einer Zwischenposition, wie dies in Fig.9a dargestellt ist.

Verpackung aus Karton od.dgl.zum Verpacken mehrerer Gegenstände(60), die im unteren Bereich wenigstens einen Hohlraum(64) aufweisen, gebildet aus einer Umhüllung(20,30,40,50), welche die Gegenstände umschließt und Befestigungsmittel aufweist, welche in die Hohlräume eingreifen, wobei das Befestigungsmittel(100) wenigstens eine Klappe(102)aufweist, die aus der Bodenwand(50) der Umhüllung ausgestanzt ist, wobei die Klappe(102) einen mittleren Abschnitt(112) hat, der mit der Bodenwand(50) durch eine erste Faltlinie(104) verbunden ist und der wenigstens annähernd die gleiche Größe wie der Hohlraum(64) aufweist und an dem zwei Seitenabschnitte(114,116) angeordnet sind, die sich beiderseits des mittleren Abschnittes(112) befinden und mit diesem über zwei weitere Faltlinien(118,120) verbunden sind, die mit der ersten Faltlinie(104) einen Winkel von vorzugsweise weniger als 90 Grad einschließen und wobei die beiden Seitenabschnitte(114,116) eine Länge(L) aufweisen, die größer als die Höhe(M) des mittleren Abschnittes senkrecht zur Faltlinie(104) gemessen ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwand(50) Einschnitte(122,124) aufweist, die von einer der Faltlinie(104) gegenüberliegenden Stanzlinie(110) ausgehen.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 od. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzlinie(110) einen der Faltlinie(104) gegenüberliegenden, nach außen verschobenen Abschnitt(110a) hat, wodurch der mittlere Abschnitt(112) die Seitenabschnitte(114,116) überragt.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden weiteren Faltlinien(118,120) jeweils von einem Ende der Faltlinie(104) ausgehen und zueinander konvergieren.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umriß der Klappe(102) durch die erste Faltlinie(104), zwei erste Stanzlinien(106,108), welche sich beiderseits der Faltlinie(104) befinden und schräg zu dieser geneigt sind und einer zweiten weitgehend geradlinig verlaufenden Stanzlinie(110), die die beiden äußeren Enden der ersten Stanzlinien(106,108) verbindet, gebildet ist.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergänge zwischen den ersten Stanzlinien(106,108) und der zweiten Stanzlinie(110) abgerundet sind.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 od. 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Stanzlinie(110) im Bereich der beiden Seitenabschnitte(114,116) nach innen verläuft und Einkerbungen(110f,110g) bildet, in welche der Rand des Bodenabschnittes(50) einzugreifen vermag, um die Klappe in einer Zwischenposition festzulegen.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit wenigstens einer offenen Seite der Umhüllung, durch welche die zu verpackenden Gegenstände eingeführt werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe über die erste Faltlinie(104) wenigstens geringfügig aus einer horizontalen Fläche geneigt ist, die senkrecht zur Längsachse der Umhüllung liegt.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, für eine Gruppe von einer oder mehreren Reihen von becherförmigen Gefäßen, die an ihrer oberen Fläche verbunden sind und zwischen denen im Bodenbereich Hohlräume vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Klappe(102) in jeder Gefäßreihe vorgesehen ist.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Faltlinie(104) jeder Klappe(102) wenigstens annähernd parallel zur Längsachse der Umhüllung verläuft.
