Description

The invention relates to a bolt lock, in particular mortise lock, with a bolt head that can be pushed out of the lock case on the cuff side and a bolt shaft connected to it, guided inside the lock case, and a bolt that can be pivoted against the spring force to a limited extent about an axis located transversely to its direction of displacement Swivel tumbler, which has at its inner free end a protruding into the orbit of a cam and a guide pin arranged above it, through which it is guided in a lock box-side provided above the key insertion opening, essentially bridge arch-shaped guide track.

A bolt lock of the above type is known from DE-A 27 53 579. It is of a simple construction. Its plastic swivel tumbler is provided at the top with a molded spring leg supported on a pin of the lock case and at the bottom with a bolt lock and two driver lugs arranged on both sides at a corresponding distance from one another, between which the claw key is inserted into a correspondingly profiled insertion opening of the lock case sedentary Lockbeard engages. This intervention takes place in such a way that when the bolt is pushed out the locking bar first engages under the inside of one of the driver lugs facing it and thereby raises the swivel tumbler, then engages in the bolt closure and thereby pushes out the bolt, as finally on the inside of the other driver lug slides, which lowers the swivel tumbler and thus blocks the bolt in its extended position. To retract the bolt, the lock bit moves in the opposite sense, that is, again so that it slides between the inside of the two catches and in between locks the bolt by engaging the bolt. However, the one-turn bolt exclusion or inclusion that takes place by a single key or lock bit rotation is very short-stroke. A comparatively wide bar exclusion cannot be achieved with this. Since the leg spring formed on the swivel tumbler is supported on the lock case side, the resilience acting on the swivel tumbler depends on the respective latch position, especially at its weakest when the latch is extended, whereby the tumbler function of the swivel tumbler is impaired.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a bolt lock of the aforementioned type which, while maintaining its simple and compact structure, is also suitable for actuation by means of a profile lock cylinder and, with a single-speed lock actuation, enables a comparatively wide bolt exclusion, as is otherwise only the case with two-speed gears Lock actuation is possible. In addition, the bolt should be locked even more securely in its extended locking position as well as in its retracted position by the swivel tumbler.

This object is achieved on the basis of a bolt lock of the generic type according to the invention in that the guideway at its inner end prevents the swiveling locking catch from the orbit of the locking bit of a profile locking cylinder inserted into the insertion opening enables bulge. The driving lug on the swivel tumbler and the guideway are advantageously designed so that the driving lug dodges the retractor orbit just before it reaches its retracted end position, but cannot move out of it when the bolt is in the extended position.

In this way, a bolt lock is obtained which, with an extraordinarily simple structural design, allows the bolt to be moved relatively far into its locking position, solely by means of its swivel tumbler and by one-turn key actuation of the profile lock cylinder, in which the bolt is supported on the swivel tumbler by the guideway in the lock box side existing guide pin is securely locked. The extension of the bolt and thus also the stroke of the single driver lug on the swivel tumbler essentially correspond to the diameter of the cam lock orbit of the profile cylinder. The actuating key is turned to exclude the bolt by about 3/4 of its total rotational movement, so that after the bolt has been excluded it has to be turned back in the profile cylinder for removal. On the other hand, the key for locking the bolt can be turned a full 360 ° because the swivel tumbler can temporarily escape into the bulge in the guideway at its inner end.

From DE-OS 35 10 297 a bolt lock is known, the pivoting tumbler limited in the bolt head about an axis located transversely to its direction of displacement against spring force is provided on the underside with a row of teeth into which both the circumferential drivers of a rotary handle or a cylinder lock as well Interlocking locking pins fastened on the lock case side, which hold the swivel tumbler and thus the articulated bolt that can be pushed out here in two different ways Allow shifting positions to be locked in the manner of tour pins. The comparatively closely spaced driver teeth of the swivel tumbler, however, require small orbits of the drivers in terms of diameter, as are readily possible with rotary actuation handles, but are difficult to implement even with round or oval locking cylinders. Therefore, in these cases, the bolt, in order to be able to bring it into a sufficiently extended locking position, must be able to be excluded or included in two turns. The fact that the teeth present on the swivel tumbler both serve to carry the actuation as well as to secure the swivel tumbler affects the sufficiently secure locking of the wing in its extended locking positions.

Furthermore, it is known in mortise locks provided with profile lock cylinders, for example from DE-PS 33 07 649, to achieve a relatively large bolt exclusion with the aid of a lock plate which is pivotally mounted on the bolt shaft to a limited extent, and indeed only with a one-turn locking movement. However, these profile cylinder locks require a special tumbler that can be moved transversely to the lock bolt and are therefore also structurally much more complex and space-consuming.

Weitere Merkmale nach der Erfindung sind Gegenstand weiterer Unteransprüche.Further features according to the invention are the subject of further dependent claims.

The mortise lock, which is only shown in certain areas, is provided with a lock case housing 1, conventionally consisting of floor and ceiling, and with a lock cuff 2 riveted to the front. In the lock case housing, the insertion openings 3 are congruent on both sides for the profile lock cylinder, not shown, regularly a profile double cylinder. The lock is provided with a bolt 4, which is guided with its bolt head 4 'in the lock-side opening 5 on the face plate and with its locking shaft 4˝ on the top side of a sliding surface 6 fastened to the lock case 1.

The lock bolt 4 is provided in the region of its bolt head 4 'with a pocket 7. As shown in FIG. 3 in particular, the bolt 4 is of a fork-like design, wherein the fork legs are formed by the locking shafts 4˝ and 4 ‴ extending parallel to each other on both sides.

In the pocket 7 of the bolt head 4 'and between the two bolt shafts 4˝, 4 ‴, the swivel tumbler 8 is housed, which is limited to pivoting about the transverse to the direction of the bolt 4, in the bolt head 4' mounted pivot pin 9. Between the swivel tumbler 8 and the bolt head 4 ', a compression spring 10 is arranged, which strives to push the bolt 4 upwards and the swivel tumbler 8 downwards.

At the free inner end of the swivel tumbler 8, the mutually curved driver lug 8 'is provided below, which protrudes region-wide into the orbit 11 indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIGS. 2 and 6 of the lock bit 12 present on the profile cylinder. Above the driving lug 8 ', the guide pin 13 is provided on the swivel tumbler 8. This extends, as shown in FIG. 3, over the entire lock case width, whereby it penetrates existing slots 4 IV in the locking shafts 4˝, 4 ‴. With guide rollers 14 provided at both ends, the guide mandrel 13 projects into guide tracks 15 which are congruent on both sides in the lock case housing 1. These are provided above the profile cylinder insertion openings 3 and have an essentially bridge arch-like shape, as shown in particular in FIGS. 4 and 4. In their downwardly angled ends 15 'and 15˝ are the dashed ends of the guide mandrel 13 in their locked and extended positions of the bolt 4 locking positions. At its inner end, the guideway 15 also has a deflection 15 ‴ which makes it possible for the swiveling tumbler driving lug 8 'to escape from the cam lock orbit 11, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 6.

To exclude the bolt 4 from the retracted one shown in FIG. 1 and the extended one shown in FIG. 2 Position is acted upon by a counter-clockwise key rotation and thus also the corresponding movement of the cylinder locking bar 12, the driving lug 8 ', the swivel tumbler 8 first being raised and then being displaced in the sense of the bolt-extending movement, with its guide pin 13 in the guideways 15 slides along and finally reaches the locking position shown in FIG. 2, in which the bolt 4 assumes its comparatively far extended locking position. To remove the key, it must be moved back clockwise. If, on the other hand, the bolt 4 is to be enclosed, the key and thus also the locking bit 12 are turned clockwise, the latter coming in front of the driving lug 8 ', thereby lifting the swivel tumbler 8 with its guide pin 13 from the left locking position of the guide tracks 15 and then the Swiveling tumbler 8 together with the bolt 4 in the position shown in FIG. 1. Shortly before this end position is reached, the lock bit 12 according to FIG. 6 runs under the correspondingly raised driver nose 8 'of the swivel tumbler 8, so that it can be removed after a full rotation. The lock function described above allows different lock bit dimensions, so is insensitive to that extent.

The bolt 4 has in the region of its fork-like shafts 4˝ on the underside each a quarter-arc-shaped rounding 4 V , with which it engages tightly around the installed profile cylinder in the retracted position (FIGS. 1, 6). Its lock box-side guidance takes place in the interior solely via the sliding surface 6, against which it is constantly pressed by the spring 10 supported on the swivel tumbler 8, the swivel tumbler 8 in turn always being supported on the lower edge of the guideways 15 via the guide pin 13.

Various modifications are possible within the scope of the present invention. So it goes without saying that the bolt 4 is basically only provided with a bolt shaft half 4˝ and the swivel tumbler 8 can also be guided only in a guideway 15 via its guide mandrel 13, which then extends only on one side. It is more expedient, however, to support the guide mandrel twice in the lock case, especially since this can absorb larger bolt counter-forces. Furthermore, the lock bolt head 4 'could basically consist of a cylindrical bolt. The locking mechanism could be equipped with a lock change for withdrawing a lock latch, not shown, or also with a clutch lever or an actuation mechanism to switch the lock nut, possibly also a split lock nut for a panic function, to idle or to take along. The swivel tumbler 8 could also be provided with an elongated hole bearing instead of its play-free mounting on the hinge pin 9, so that the lock bolt 4 can be moved even more easily and the locking bar engagement can be improved. After all, the guideways or just one of them do not necessarily have to sit in the lock case housing. They could also be present in a special guide plate inserted into the lock case, so that the lock case housing could be made more closed, but would have to be kept somewhat wider for this.
