Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Einblasen von vorerhitzter Luft in einen Schachtofen, wobei diese Vorrichtung aus mehreren rohrförmigen Bauteilen besteht, die mit einer feuerfesten Auskleidung (30) versehen sind, und auf der einen Seite über ein Kniestück (16), ein Düsenrohr (18) und eine Düse (20) mit der Wand des Ofens verbunden sind, und auf der anderen Seite mit einer kreisförmigen Haupt-Rohrleitung verbunden sind, die um den Ofen herum angeordnet ist und über eine Anlage, die ein Gebläse (46), mehrere Cowpers (42), (44), und eine Mischkammer (48) aufweist, mit vorerhitzter Luft versorgt wird, gekennzeichnet durch Kühlschlangen (36), die in die Masse der feuerfesten Auskleidung (30) eingebettet sind und mit Kühlluft versorgt werden, die in der gleichen Richtung wie die vorerhitzte Luft strömt, und daß der Auslaß (S) der Kühlschlangen in den inneren Kanal (34) mündet, der die vorerhitzte Luft befördert.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlschlangen (36) sich von dem Gebiet der kreisförmigen Rohrleitung bis in das Düsenrohr (18) erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlschlangen (36) aus mehreren, voneinander unabhängigen Abschnitten (36a), (36b), (36c) bestehen, von denen jeder in den inneren Kanal (34) mündet.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlschlangen (36) aus Kupferrohren bestehen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel aufweist, die ermöglichen, daß für die durch die Kühlschlangen (36) strömende Kühlluft mindestens ein Teil der kalten Luft genommen wird, die zur Regelung der Temperatur der vorerhitzten Luft von dem Gebläse (46) nach der Mischkammer (48) befördert wird.
