Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour fixer des conducteurs chauffants (2) électriques en forme de méandres à distance de la face chaude (5) des parois latérales d'un isolant (1) en fibres céramiques dans des fours industriels, les conducteurs chauffants (2) étant fixés dans les zones de leurs déviations supérieures et inférieures par des griffes de fixation métalliques (3,3'), notamment en fils métalliques, disposées sur l'isolant (1), sachant en outre que les griffes de fixation (3,3') présentent des supports (8,8') semblables à des consoles qui partent latéralement des tiges (4,4') des griffes de fixation et qui peuvent être appliqués contre la face chaude de l'isolant (1) et que les supports (8) des griffes de fixation supérieures (3) sont chaque fois formés par une courbure pointant vers le bas et se raccordant à la tige (4) de la griffe de fixation, caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes :a) la courbure de la griffe de fixation supérieure (3) est réalisée paraIlèlement à la face chaude de l'isolant (1) et est disposée contre ce dernier, et à cette courbure se raccorde, en direction de l'extrémité libre de la griffe de fixation (3), une partie (9) s'étendant approximativement parallèlement à la tige (4) de la griffe de fixation, partie de laquelle part une branche (6) pointant vers le haut qui est courbée dans le sens inverse par rapport à la courbure mentionnée précédemment, etb) les griffes de fixation inférieures (3') présentent chacune une branche (6') pointant vers le bas et disposée à l'extrémité libre de la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation avec un écart parallèle par rapport à la face chaude (5) de l'isolant (1), et un support (8') partant transversalement de la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation et dirigé dans le même sens que la branche (6').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les supports (8') des griffes de fixation inférieures (3') sont chaque fois réalisés en tant que bâtonnet droit s'étendant à partir de la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation parallèlement à la branche (6').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (8') réalisé en tant que bâtonnet est soudé à la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (8') de la griffe de fixation inférieure (3') est chaque fois réalisé par une pliure de la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une comière (10') formant le support (8') est fixée à la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation, sachant que l'une des ailes de la cornière (10') est appliquée contre la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation, mais que l'autre aile de la cornière est disposée parallèlement à la branche (6') de la griffe de fixation avec un écart.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la cornière (10') est soudée à la griffe de fixation (3').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'aile de la cornière (10') qui est appliquée contre la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation présente des agrafes entourant la tige (4') de la griffe de fixation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par des agrafes réalisées sur la cornière(10').
