Abstract

An initiator terminal block for connecting a plurality of initiators with an electric power source, on the one hand, and with signal receivers, on the other hand, includes a plurality of terminal units each having a plurality of connecting locations arranged in three tiers situated above one another, each of the lower two tiers of each of the terminal units having only a single one of the connecting locations while the uppermost one of the tiers of each of the terminal units has two of the connecting locations that are electrically interconnected and are to be respectively electrically connected with the respective initiator and the respective signal receiver. Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Initiatorklemmen­block mit mindestens zwei dreistöckigen Klemmen, zur versor­gungstechnischen und steuertechnischen Verknüpfung von Initiatoren einerseits mit einer Spannungsquelle und andererseits mit Signalempfängern. Bei der bislang üblichen Ausgestaltung derartiger Initiatorklemmenblocks werden je­weils in einer einzelnen Klemme eines derartigen Blockes für jeweils einen Initiator alle dessen schalttechnischen Ver­knüpfungen derart vorgenommen, daß der betroffene Initia­tor über seine Klemme jeweils mit einer entsprechenden An­zahl von Vorsorgungsleitungen direkt mit der Spannungsquelle verbunden wird und er ferner mittels dieser Klemme durch Steuerleitungen mit dem ihm zugeordneten Signalempfänger verbunden wird. Es ergibt sich hierdurch pro Klemme das Er­fordernis einer großen Anzahl von Anschlußstellen für die zahlreichen Versorgungs- und Steuerleiter, so daß auch bei Verwendung von dreistöckigen Klemmen diese Klemmen außer­ordentlich lang werden, da sowohl auf der Vorderseite wie auf der Rückseite jeweils drei Anschlußstellen benötigt werden, wobei diese Anschlußstellen etagenweise durch Strom­schienen oder dergleichen elektrisch leitend miteinander zu verbinden sind. Das Herstellen der Anschlüsse erfordert viel Aufmerksamkeit, da auf beiden Klemmenseiten sowohl Versor­gungsleiter wie auch Schaltungsleiter angeschlossen werden müssen.The present invention relates to an initiator terminal block with at least two three-tier terminals, for the supply-related and control-related connection of initiators on the one hand with a voltage source and on the other hand with signal receivers. Die geringfügige Erhöhung der Anreihbreite eines darartigen Blockes da­durch, daß die ausschließlich für den Anschluß der Spannungsquelle vorgesehene Klemme, bezogen auf die Ver­knüpfung der Initiatoren, als zusätzliche Klemme anzu­sehen ist, fällt demgegenüber nicht ins Gewicht. Trotz der erheblichen Verkürzung der Klemmen des Klemmenblockes steht, da in den unteren Etagen der einzelnen Klemmen nur vorderseitig jeweils eine Anschlußstelle vorgesehen ist, in den Klemmen trotzdem ein großer Innenraum für die Unterbringung von Schaltungselementen zur Verfügung. Initiatorklemmenblock mit mindestens zwei dreistöckigen Klemmen, zur versorgungstechnischen und steuertechnischen Verknüpfung von Initiatoren einerseits mit einer Spannungsquelle und andererseits mit Signalempfängern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils die beiden unteren Etagen der Klemmen (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) des Klemmenblockes nur eine Anschlußstelle (7) haben, der jeweils ein Querverbinderanschluß (9, 10, 11, 12) zuge­ordnet ist, während jeweils die oberste Etage der Klemmen (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) zwei Anschlußstellen (7) aufweist, wobei nur eine Klemme (5) des Klemmenblockes mit ihren beiden unteren Etagen an die Spannungsquelle (3) angeschlossen ist und die Versorgungsspannung über die Querverbinder­anschlüsse (9, 10, 11, 12) auf die unteren Etagen der anderen Klemmen (5a, 5b, 5c) des Klemmenblockes zum dorti­gen Anschluß der Initiatoren (1a, 1b, 1c) verteilt ist.1. initiator terminal block with at least two three-level terminals, for supply-related and control-related connection of initiators on the one hand with a voltage source and on the other hand with signal receivers, characterized in that the two lower levels of the terminals (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) of the terminal block each have only one connection point (7), each of which is assigned a cross connector connection (9, 10, 11, 12), while the top floor of the terminals (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) has two connection points (7), only one terminal (5 ) of the terminal block with its two lower levels is connected to the voltage source (3) and the supply voltage via the cross connector connections (9, 10, 11, 12) to the lower levels of the other terminals (5a, 5b, 5c) of the terminal block for connection there the initiators (1a, 1b, 1c) is distributed. 2.
