Claims (7)

1. Procédé de traitement au mouillé de matières textile en forme de boyau, avec passage circulant de la matière textile à travers l'intérieur d'un segment tubulaire de traitement intense, en aval duquel la matière textile est tout d'abord amoncelée, puis est réentraînée sous forme amoncelée et est enfin introduite de nouveau dans le segmenttubulaire de traitement intense au moyen d'un dispositif à tourniquet, et avec entraînement en circulation forcée du bain de traitement à travers le segment tubulaire de traitement intense, en aval duquel le bain de traitement est recueilli et dirigé, au moyen d'une conduite de recyclage, tout d'abord vers une pompe et, à partir de celle-ci, de nouveau vers le segment tubulaire de traitement intense, dans lequel le bain de traitement est introduit, soit au moyen d'une unité à ajutage, soit au moyen d'une unité à déversoir, caractérisé en ce que la matière textile est entraînée à travers l'intérieur du segment tubulaire de traitement intense à une vitesse qui est sensiblement la même que celle du bain de traitement, en ce que le passage de la matière textile à travers l'intérieur du segment tubulaire de traitement intense est un passage horizontal, et en ce que la matière textile traverse le segment tubulaire de traitement intense sous l'effet d'une force de traction qui provient d'un second dispositif à tourniquet qui fonctionne de son côté avec une vitesse d'entraînement qui est sensiblement la même que celle du dispositif à tourniquet placé en amont du segment tubulaire de traitement intense.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matière textile est étalée pendant son passage à travers l'intérieur du segment tubulaire de traitement intense.
3. Dispositif pour l'exécution du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un récipient de traitement dans lequel est disposé un segment tubulaire de traitement intense, un tourniquet entraîné qui est disposé en amont du segment tubulaire de traitement intense pour recevoir la matière textile depuis la région du fond du récipient de traitement, une unité à ajutage ou une unité à déversoir dans la région de l'extrémité par laquelle la matière textile entre dans le segment tubulaire de traitement intense, pour la projection du bain de traitement, cette unité à ajutage ou unité à déversoir étant raccordée par une conduite à une pompe de circulation qui est à son tour raccordée, du côté aspiration, à la partie inférieure du récipient de traitement pour y aspirer le bain de traitement, caractérisé en ce que le segment tubulaire de traitement intense est un segment tubulaire horizontal (4) disposé dans la partie supérieure du récipient de traitement ( 1 en ce qu'il est disposé, du côté de la sortie du segment tubulaire de traitement intense (4), un second tourniquet (5) sous l'effet de traction duquel la matière textile (2) peut être entraînée à travers le segment tubulaire de traitement intense (4), et en ce que les deux tourniquets (3, 5) peuvent être entraînés à une vitesse de transport de la matière textile (2) qui correspond sensiblement à la vitesse de circulation du bain de traitement à travers le segment tubulaire de traitement intense (4).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le segment tubulaire de traitement intense est un segment tubulaire rectangulaire en coupe transversale (4).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le segment tubulaire de traitement intense (4) s'élargit en cône dans le sens de la largeur en direction du second tourniquet (5).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le second tourniquet (5) est un rouleau élargisseur.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le second tourniquet (5) réalisé sous forme de rouleau élargisseur est un cylindre dont les deux moitiés de surface extérieure, situées à la suite l'une de l'autre dans la direction de la largeur du cylindre, sont constituées par des barres ou des tubes s'enroulant à la manière d'un filet de vis, les pas des enroulements hélicoïdaux des deux moitiés de la surface extérieure étant dirigés en sens opposé l'un par rapport à l'autre.
