Claims (6)

  1. Projecteur de croisement ou antibrouillard pour véhicules automobiles, dans lequel les rayons issus d'une source lumineuse sont renvoyés par un réflecteur dont les sections méridiennes verticale et horizontale sont des courbes d'un ordre élevé, comportant un diaphragme situé sur le trajet des rayons réfléchis, engendrant la limite "clair-obscur" du faisceau lumineux, un objectif placé sur le trajet des rayons influencés par le diaphragme pour former le faisceau d'éclairage de la chaussée, des moyens optiques formant un faisceau additionnel élargissant le faisceau principal éclairant l'avant proche et les côtés, les moyens optiques ne recevant que des rayons qui ne sont pas renvoyés sur l'objectif par le réflecteur, caractérisé en ce que les moyens optiques sont des moyens réfléchissants et sont disposés à la partie inférieure et/ou supérieure du réflecteur (11).
  2. Projecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens optiques comportent, au moins, un réflecteur partiel (12) situé à la partie inférieure du réflecteur (11).
  3. Projecteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le réflecteur partiel (12) est une partie de paraboloïde.
  4. Projecteur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le réflecteur partiel comporte au moins deux parties latérales, une droite et gauche (32, 33), l'axe optique (32') de la partie gauche (32) et celui (33') de la partie droite (33) étant avantageusement déplacés respectivement vers la droite et vers la gauche, par rotation autour d'un axe vertical (31) passant par la source lumineuse (15).
  5. Projecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le réflecteur partiel (12') est une partie d'un paraboloïde-ellipsoïde, dont la section méridienne verticale est une portion de parabole et la section méridienne horizontale une portion d'ellipse.
  6. Projecteur selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de dispersion horizontale des rayons sont disposés sur le parcours du faisceau additionnel (24).
