Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stampfmaschine zur Herstellung eines für die Verkokung vorgesehenen, verdichteten Kohlekuchens, mit den einzelnen Stampferstangen zugeordneten Stampferstangensperren, die die Stampferstangen nach dem Stampfvorgang und während des Setzvorganges in der oberen Endstellung über ein Klemmteil festhalten.The invention relates to a ramming machine for the production of a coke, provided for the coking, compressed, with the individual tamper bars assigned tamper bar locks which hold the tamper bars after the tamping process and during the setting process in the upper end position via a clamping part.

Zur Erzielung einer ausreichenden Koksqualität werden Kokskohlen mit Hilfe von freifallenden Stampfern in einer dafür vorgesehenen Form verdichtet und dann als verdichteter Kohlekuchen in die lehren Koksöfen gesetzt. Während' des Setzens in den Koksofen müssen die Stampferstangen in der oberen Endposition fixiert werden, damit der verdichtete Kokskuchen aus der Form herausgefahren werden kann. Das Festhalten der angehobenen Stampferstangen erfolgt bisher durch exzentrisch gelagerte Segmentscheiben, die um eine horizontale Achse drehbar angeordnet sind und sich infolge ihres Eigengewichtes an die Stampferstangen anlegen (DE-A-2 603 677). Durch entsprechendes Zurückdrehen der die Segmentscheiben tragenden Wellen werden die Stampferstangen dann wieder gelöst, um mit Hilfe bekannter Vorrichtungen taktmäßig angehoben und zum freien Fall freigegeben zu werden. Die Übertragung der Anpreßkraft erfolgt bei den bekannten Stampferstangensperren lediglich durch die Linienberührung zwischen der üblicherweise mit einem Reibbelag versehenen Stampferstange und den Segmentscheiben. Von daher ist die übertragbare Anpreßkraft begrenzt, so daß bei höheren 6 m Öfen und dadurch bedingt längeren Stampferstangen das ebenfalls höhere Gewicht der Stampferstangen durch die Anpreßkraft der Segmentscheiben nicht sicher gehalten werden kann. Mit einem als Keil ausgebildeten Klemmkörper arbeitet die Stampfersperre nach WO-A-82/02055. Über einen pneumatischen oder hydraulischen Arbeitszylinder wird der Keil in eine von der Stampferstange und einem an der Rahmenkonstruktion der Stampfmaschine festgelegten Widerlager gebildete trichterförmige Öffnung gedrückt. Zum Lösen der Stampferstange muß der Zylinder den Keil aus der Öffnung herausziehen. Ein genaues Einstellen der Klemmkraft ist schwierig, ein Nachstellen nur schwierig möglich und zum Betrieb als zusätzliches Aggregat ein Arbeitszylinder je Stampferstange zu installieren.To achieve a sufficient coke quality, coking coals are compressed with the help of free-falling rammers in a form intended for this purpose and then placed in the coke ovens as compacted coal cake. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Klemmteil als die Welle exzentrisch umgebende Hülse ausgebildet ist, an der ein Gleitstück verschieblich und mit einem zugeordneten Klemmkeil einerseits und letzterer mit dem Steg der Stampferstange andererseits korrespondierend angeordnet ist, wobei der Klemmkeil gegen ungewolltes Einklemmen gesichert ist. Über die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Stampferstangensperre ist es möglich, schon bei kleinen Drehbewegungen der Welle hohe Anpreßkräfte über Gleitstück und Klemmkeil auf den Steg der Stampferstange aufzubringen. Besonders hervorzuheben und vorteilhaft ist dabei, daß die Kraftübertragung durch Flächenpressung erfolgt, so daß die Stampferstangensperren bei geringerem Verschleiß wesentlich schwerere Stampferstangen immer noch sicher in ihrer oberen Endposition fixieren, wenn der Kohlekuchen in den Koksofen hineingesetzt wird. Claims (9)

1. 8. Stamping machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the longitudinal faces (25) are provided with a groove (27) wherein are retained the guide strips (28) associated to the clamping wedge (15, 16).
9. Stamping machine according to claims 1 and 8, characterized in that a purposefully shaped spring (33) which secures the clamping wedge (15, 16) in its open position has been associated to the groove (27).
