Das Laufwerk im Gelenkbereich hat zwei Räder 3, die jeweils als doppelt gelagerte Losräder unabhängig voneinander rotieren können. Auf Lagergehäusen 3a der Losräder 3 stützt sich ein unterhalb der Radmittenebene in Wagenquerrichtung angeordneter flacher Laufwerkrahmen 4 über Gummifedern 5 ab, die auch eine teilweise radiale Einstellung der Losräder 3 zur Schiene, speziell bei deren Einlauf von der Geraden in eine Kurve, in selbsttätiger Weise ermöglichen. Parallel zu den Gummifedern 5 arbeiten Stoßdämpfer 6. Ein überwiegend im Laufwerkrahmen 4 eingebetteter Gelenkträger 7 wird über Mitnehmer 7a an Anschlagstücken 4a des Rahmens 4 in Längs- und Querrichtung des Fahrzeuges geführt. Zum vertikalen Abfedern des Gelenkträgers 7 dienen zwei Luftfedern 8, die jeweils zwischen dem Laufwerkrahmen 4 und der Unterseite von entsprechend erhöhten Konsolen 7b an den Enden des Gelenkträgers 7 angeordnet sind.The drive in the articulated area has two
Die Verbindung der Wagenkastenteile 1 und 2 miteinander und mit dem Gelenkträger 7 erfolgt über eine mehrteilige Kugelpfannen-Konstruktion, die im wesentlichen aus einer Bettung 7c in der Mitte des Gelenkträgers 7, einem aus Unterteil und Oberteil gebildeten Kugelkörper 9 und einer oberen Bettung 1b eines Auslegers la des in Zeichnungsebene linken Wagenkastenteiles 1 besteht. Ein Ausleger 2a des rechten Wagenteiles 2 erstreckt sich zwischen die beiden Teile des Kugelkörpers 9. Ein Bolzen 10 mit einem aufgesetzten Spurpilz 10a sichert die vorbeschriebene Kugelpfannen-Verbindung, wobei zwischen dem Bolzen 10 und den von ihm durchgriffenen Bohrungen ausreichend Spiel im Hinblick auf die Knickbewegungen des Gelenkes bei Mulden- und Kuppenfahrt besteht. Der Mittenspant 11 ist portalartig und besonders schmal ausgebildet. Er erstreckt sich in Fahrzeugquerrichtung unterhalb einer üblicherweise den Durchgang zwischen den Wagenkastenteilen 1 und 2 abdeckenden zweiteiligen Drehscheibe 12 bis kurz vor die Räder 3 und verläuft im weiteren, die Räder 3 horizontal übergreifend (siehe Fig. 2), senkrecht nach oben bis zu seinem nicht dargestellten Dachabschnitt. Der Mittenspant 11 liegt gegen die Oberseite der Konsolen 7b des Gelenkträgers 7 an und ist daran angeschraubt. Der Mittenspant 11 dient zum einen der Aufnahme von Dichtungsbälgen 13, die jeweils an den Wagenkastenteilen 1 und 2 befestigt sind und den Gelenkbereich vollständig abschirmen; vor allem aber wird mit Hilfe des Mittenspantes 11 das Laufwerk so gesteuert, daß winkelhalbierende Stellungen sowohl bei Kurven- als auch bei Mulden- und Kuppenfahrt vorliegen. Dazu ist an beiden Seiten des Mittenspantes 11 jeweils ein zweiarmiger Hebel 11a um seine Mitte - in der Höhe verschiebbar bzw. elastisch - schwenkbar gelagert, wobei an den Enden der zweiarmigen Hebel 11a und an den Wagenkastenteilen 1 und 2 jeweilige Verbindungshebel 11b kardanisch angreifen. Die mittigen Schwenkpunkte der zweiarmigen Hebel 11a sind in der Vertikalebene fluchtend mit der Kugelpfannen-Verbindung und dem Gelenkpunkt einer nicht dargestellten Anlenkung zwischen Mittenspant 11 und Wagenkastenteilen 1 und 2 im Dachbereich angeordnet. In der Horizontalen fluchten die wagenseitigen, kardanischen Gelenkpunkte der Verbindungshebel 11b mit den mittigen Schwenkpunkten der zweiarmigen Hebel 11a. Ebenso liegen die kardanischen Gelenke an den Enden der zweiarmigen Hebel 11a in einer gemeinsamen Achse mit deren mittigem Schwenkpunkt. Die durch die vorbeschriebene Hebelanordnung erzeugten Kräfte werden über den Mittenspant 11 und den Gelenkträger 7 auf den Laufwerkrahmen 4 und dessen Losräder 3 übertragen. Um Zwänge zu vermeiden, die bei Abweichungen der Achsstellung von der idealen Stellung der Räder 3 beim Ein- und Ausfahren in bzw. aus Kurven denkbar wären, sind die Mitnahmeeinrichtungen - z.B. der Mittenspant 11 - hinreichend elastich verformbar und genügend Spiele vorgesehen, beispielsweise zwischen den Mitnehmern 7a des Gelenkträgers 7 und den Anschlagstücken 4a des Laufwerkrahmens 4.The
