Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zum Füllen eines Behälters mit einer teigartigen Masse die gegebenenfalls feste Brocken beinhaltet mit einer Vorrichtung zum Vortrieb einer portionierten Menge der Masse in einer Ausgangsleitung (3), die im Inneren eines Ansatzstücks (1, 2) ausgebildet ist, an dessen Ausgangsende (2a) ein ringförmiges, um eine zur Längsrichtung der Leitung (3) parallele Achse drehbares Teil (9) angelenkt ist, das einerseits eine durch eine Schneidkante (15) begrenzte Öffnung und andererseits eine innere sphärische Trägerfläche (10) aufweist, die eine Kugel (5) zum Abtrennen der in den Behälter zu füllenden Masse trägt, wobei diese Kugel (5) zum Abtrennen relativ zum Ansatzstück (1, 2) um eine zur Leitung senkrechte diametrale Achse schwenkbar ist, um die Leitung zu öffnen und zu schließen und zu diesem Zweck
a) einen durchgehenden Kanal (6),
b) eine der Form der Tragfläche (10) des ringförmigen Teils entsprechende Außenfläche, auf der die Kugel aufliegt und
c) eine Schneidkante (14) aufweist, die ein Ende des Kanals (6) begrenzt und mit der Schneidkante (15) des ringförmigen Teils (9) zusammenwirken kann, um einen glatten Schnitt der in den Behälter zu füllenden Masse zu erzielen,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige Teil (9) ein flaches Teil ist, das im Inneren des äußeren transversalen Querschnitts des Ansatzstücks (1, 2) angeordnet ist und über einen Steuermechanismus in Drehbewegung versetzt wird, der im Bereich der Wandstärke des Ansatzstücks (1, 2) angeordnet ist, derart, daß der äußere transversale Querschnitt des Ansatzstücks an den des zu füllenden Behälters angepaßtwerden kann, und daß während dessen Bewegung das ringförmige Teil nicht mit den Wandungen des Behälters vor dessen Auffüllung in Berührung kommt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige Teil (9) an dessen äußerer Mantelfläche einen Antriebszahnkranz (11) aufweist, der mit einem Ritzel (12a) zusammenwirkt, das an einer parallel zur Achse des Ansatzstücks (1, 2) verlaufenden Welle (12) befestigt ist, die durch die Wandung des Ansatzstücks (1, 2) verläuft.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugel (5) eine äußere Abflachung (17) aufweist, die sich in der Ebene der Stirnseite des Ausgangsendes (2a) des Ansatzstücks befindet, wenn die Kugel die Schlie- ßstellung einnimmt.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Kugel (5) durchquerende Kanal (6) an der von der Schneidkante (14) abgewandten Seite (6a) konisch aufgeweitet ist.
