Description

The invention relates to a fence element, in particular for mobile fences and other demarcations, consisting of a large-area welding grid having longitudinal and transverse wires, to which support elements are assigned for stabilization.

Fence elements of this type are used to delimit construction sites, storage spaces and similar facilities, the fence elements, which in principle are of the same design, being used in the subsurface or in feet or are provided with them in order to give them the necessary stability. In the case of mobile fences in particular, quick and easy installation, ie assembly and disassembly, is important because the mobile fences are only for a limited period of time to secure or delimit the construction sites or storage spaces.

Ausbeulungen auftreten.Because of the need to equip such a fence element with sufficient stability and resistance, welded grids are used in known fence elements, which are welded to the side edges with support posts and which have a horizontally extending support element on the lower edge and also on the upper edge. It is known to weld an L-profile, that is to say a sheet metal, on the lower edge in order to stabilize this edge and, moreover, to be able to transport such elements, for example, with forklifts. At the upper edge of such fence elements, the cross wires are slightly bent to make it difficult to climb over such fence elements. A disadvantage of the known fence elements is that the instability specified in particular in the case of welding grids with wires of small diameter can only be somewhat eliminated with the aid of additionally welded-on support elements. The Fence element itself or the welding grid remains unstable in spite of the supporting elements at the edges, so that even visually visible deformations or bulges occur.

The invention is based on the problem of eliminating the instability in welding grids as a whole, so that they can be used as a fence element, preferably as an independent, stable part of a mobile fence.

The object is achieved in that the support elements are designed as bends and / or beads.

Such a fence element is so stable due to the bevels and / or beads that it can be transported and assembled practically even without additional lateral support elements. The bevels and beads can be produced perfectly even with large structures and make it possible to use such welding grids as an independent, stable fence element.

A practical design has support posts on the side, to which the welding grid is attached, and one or more bevels and / or beads in the center. The beads are expediently in the center and the folds are formed on the horizontal edges. The formation of the centrally arranged bead or beads, the width of which can be designed in accordance with the particular circumstances, in particular also transport conditions, makes it possible to produce an overall stable fence element with simple measures. The bevels on the upper and lower edges also take on stability-increasing tasks, but preferably serve the configuration corresponding to the intended use.

The upper edge is intended to climb over such fence elements prevent or complicate, while the lower edge or the bevel there should form this so strong that the fence element can be transported upright with forklift trucks or similar devices.

Particularly stable fence elements are achieved according to the invention in that the beads or bends are arranged at right angles to the angular support posts. Such beads or bends can also be produced advantageously with known folding devices and without great effort. Particularly useful shapes of the beads are those with a V-shaped or trapezoidal design. The trapezoidal design has the advantage that the second level formed in this way can be made large in accordance with the particular circumstances. Between the two levels, the support posts are then provided according to the invention surrounded by the folds or beads. The welding of the support posts to the longitudinal wires is to be made cheap in terms of surface area if angular support posts are used.

To increase the stability, it is provided according to the invention that support wires running parallel to the folds or bevels of the beads are arranged. It is advantageous to arrange the support wires on both sides of the respective bevel or bevel. This results in stabilized fence elements in every direction, so that they represent a large load-bearing unit both as a single element and in combination with other fence elements. The longitudinal wires and the support wires, which are alternately arranged on two levels due to the beads, are expediently arranged to enclose the support posts. The support posts and the wires can thus be welded together over a large area.

The support posts can be dispensed with in an embodiment of the invention in which the longitudinal wires are bent at right angles at the edges of the welding grid. The longitudinal wires are usefully folded between the first and second cross wires, so that the cross wires, i.e. the first cross wire can be used cheaply for coupling brackets or similar connecting elements. In addition to the lower weight and lower costs, such fence elements also have the advantage that they can also be connected to existing structures with simple aids. For example, they can also be used as a delimitation in garage halls or similar structures.

Favorable support and system surfaces are specified for the forks of lift trucks or similar auxiliary devices if, according to an embodiment of the invention, the fold associated with the lower edge is L-shaped and has at least one reinforced support wire. Without any significant increase in the total weight of the component, there is the possibility of transporting individual fence elements or entire groups upright. Additional welding work through a special profile is not necessary. Rather, the production of the fence element can take place fully automatically on conventional machines, with only a correspondingly reinforced support wire and the L-shaped fold being provided. In addition to a welding grid with vertically and horizontally running wires, those with diagonally running wires should also be used, with the bevels and beads running at right angles to the substrate. Furthermore, the beads can also be arranged diagonally.

The invention is characterized in particular by the fact that a fence element, which is stable in itself and can be produced from a large-area welding grid, is created and can be used both as a mobile unit and as a stationary unit. When using vertically arranged support posts or chamfers attached there and the lower A corrugation or chamfer running right to this has been created in which the instability otherwise found in welding grids is completely eliminated.

The fence element 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of longitudinal wires 2, 3 and transverse wires 4, 5, the individual longitudinal wires 2, 3 being connected to the support posts 6 arranged laterally and forming the lateral boundary, here welded.

The individual longitudinal 2, 3 and cross wires 4, 5 are each welded to one another, the welding grid 8 thus formed having bends 9, 10 or beads 11, 12 in order to reduce the instability. The bevels 9, 10 are preferably formed on the upper edge 13 or lower edge 14, while the beads 11, 12 run in the center of the welding grid 8.

The beads 11, 12 can, as shown in FIG. 1, have a V shape or, as shown in FIG. 2, a trapezoidal shape. The longitudinal wires 2, 3 projecting above the first cross wire 4 are defined by the bevels 9, 10 or beads 11, 12 arranged in two planes and thus comprise the support post 6. The longitudinal wires 2, 3 are welded to the support post 6, which has a rectangular or round shape. In the case of the rectangular shape, as shown in FIG. 3, the individual welding point 22 can advantageously be attached and formed.

Zerstörung der Schweißstellen beim Abkantvorgang vermieden und zum anderen sind in vorteilhafter Weise in der Versteifungsrichtung geschlossene Maschen gebildet.2 illustrates the trapezoidal bead, the distance between the two planes in which the longitudinal wires 2, 3 run can be predetermined by the choice of the bevel 18, 19. To increase the overall stability, support wires 2 0 , 21 are arranged on the bevels 9, 10, as illustrated in FIG. 5. Since these support wires 2 0 , 21 are each arranged beyond the fold, damage or destruction of the welds during the folding process is avoided on the one hand and, on the other hand, closed stitches are advantageously formed in the stiffening direction.

Fig. 4 shows a fence element 1, in which the support posts are dispensed with. Instead, 15 bevels 9 and 9 'are also created on the lateral edges, which enable a connection of the individual fence elements 1 in the region of the transverse wires 4, 4'. A fence element designed in this way can advantageously be easily connected to existing supports or buildings or parts of buildings, so that it is particularly well suited, for example, for the separation of parking spaces within parking garages. Individual fence elements can be screwed to one another in a simple manner, for example, via the cross wires 4, 4 '.

The welding grids 8 generally have vertical transverse wires 4, 5 and horizontal longitudinal wires 2, 3. According to a further expedient embodiment the wires 2, 3, 4, 5 diagonally, wherein in both cases they are welded to the support posts 6 forming the lateral support elements.

The centrally formed beads 11, 12, which substantially reduce the instability of the welding grid 8, run according to FIGS. 1 and 2 at right angles to the support posts 6 or the lateral support elements, which can also be designed as bends. However, the beads 11, 12 may also be arranged running diagonally and that during the welding g itter 8 with diagonal wires 2, 3, 4, 5 or in a welded mesh with vertically and horizontally extending wires.

The fence element can, as described in relation to FIG. 4, be subdivided into parking garages and the like. be used. In addition, it can also be used for stand fences, garden fences and similar enclosures. For this purpose, it is particularly advantageous to edge the longitudinal wires at the edges so that an almost closed profile results. This profile can be used to push any required supports and ram them into the ground. It is also provided that the cross wires 4, 5 are extended at the edges 15 in the lower end so that they can be used for anchoring in the ground.
