Blindplatten vor der Leiterplatte sind meistens Metallplatten, welche für jedes Tastenelement eine formgerechte Ausnehmung aufweisen, in welche das Tastenelement eingeführt und meistens mit federnden Rastnasen festgehalten wird, z.B. beim im CH-Pat.Nr. 586 460 beschriebenen Tastenelement mit Rastnasen 254 , während dessen elektrische Anschlüsse 222 - 224 in eine dahinter angeordnete Leiterplatte einlötbar sind. Es ist klar, dass diese Blindplatte wegen ihrer vielen Ausnehmungen ein relativ kostspieliges Element darstellt.
