Abstract

Procede et appareil d'emballage de paquets (1) directement sur une palette (10). D'abord, les paquets sont disposes pour former une couche de chargement (6) sur une plaque de support (8), laquelle plaque est supportee sur ses cotes par une structure de support (9). Ensuite, la structure de support est enlevee, de telle sorte que la couche de chargement soit immediatement glissee sur la palette vide situee sous la plaque de support, ou sur la couche de chargement anterieure se trouvant sur la palette. Ensuite, la palette ainsi que sa couche de chargement sont abaissees d'une hauteur egale a une couche de chargement, de telle sorte que les couches de chargement soient supportees de tous les cotes et au fur et a mesure que de nouveaux paquets emergent de dessous la structure de support, ils sont simultanement enveloppes dans le materiau d'emballage final (13). Le procede peut etre modifie de telle sorte qu'apres formation de la couche de chargement (6) supportee par la structure de support (9) sur la plaque de support (8), cette derniere peut etre abaissee et retiree, pour que la couche de chargement (6) glisse sur la palette situee a une hauteur standard sous la plaque de support (8), ou sur la couche de chargement anterieure sur la palette. Ensuite la structure de support (9) est remontee d'une hauteur egale a une couche de chargement, et simultanement les paquets sont enveloppes comme precedemment.
