Description

TEHNIKAVALDKOND TECHNICAL FIELD

Käesolev leiutis käsitleb reguleeritavad jalatsihoidikut, täpsemalt sellist reguleeritavat jalatsihoidikut, mille ülemine osa on liigendühenduses alumise osaga ning kahe osa vahelist nurka saab reguleerida. The present invention relates to an adjustable shoe rack, more specifically to an adjustable shoe rack in which the upper part is articulated with the lower part and the angle between the two parts can be adjusted.

TEHNIKA TASE STATE OF THE ART

Tavaliselt hoitakse jalatseid kauplustes l-kujulistel hoidikutel, millele mahub vaid üks jalats, teist hoitakse kaupluse tagaruumis. Kui klient soovib jalatseid proovida, peab müüja otsima l-kujulisel hoidikul olevale jalatsile sobiva paarilise, mille tõttu kulub palju aega ootamisele. Kodus hoitakse jalatseid kapis karpide sees. Shoes are usually stored in stores on L-shaped racks that can only hold one shoe, with the other one being stored in the back of the store. When a customer wants to try on a pair of shoes, the salesperson has to look for a pair that matches the shoe on the L-shaped rack, which results in a lot of waiting time. At home, shoes are stored in boxes in a closet. It takes time to take out the boxes and find the shoes you want. If shoes are stored on a long rack, a significant amount of space is needed to install it. Conventional ways of storing shoes do not meet the needs of city dwellers.

The prior art solution TW M381326 U1 (published 01. 06. 2010) is known, the disadvantage of which is that the angle between the upper and lower parts of the shoe holder is not sufficiently permanently fixed. For this purpose, two mutually connecting fixing elements are used. As a result of continuous use of the shoe holder, one element wears out, and if a shoe is placed on the lower part of such a shoe holder, the fixing elements move away from each other, which is why the angle between the upper and lower parts is not fixed, as a result of which the shoe holder loses its purpose.

The prior art solution CN201480999 U (published on 26. 05. 2010) is known, the disadvantage of which is that two interconnected elements are used to adjust the angle between the upper and lower parts of the shoe holder - an adjustment rod and a fixing pin. The adjustment rod includes a fixing groove with a curved edge, which means that the adjustment rod can slip out of the fixing pin. Consequently, when using the shoe holder, care must be taken to ensure that the fixing rod is properly fixed to the fixing pin, otherwise the upper part of the shoe holder will fall down. There is also no adjustable spacer element at the connection point of the upper and lower parts of the shoe holder, which is why there is no free space between their connection point. This places restrictions on the size of the shoe stored in the shoe holder, since the useful surface of the lower part is smaller due to the lack of this free space.

Käesolevas lahenduses kõrvaldatakse tehnika tasemes esinevad probleemid. The present solution eliminates the problems in the prior art.

LEIUTISE OLEMUS ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

The aim of the invention is to provide a shoe rack that requires little space, can be adjusted to accommodate shoes of different sizes, and is reliable even with continuous use.

Leiutis on seotud reguleeritava jalatsihoidikuga, mis sisaldab ülemist osa, millel on esimene pind ja esimene pööratav osa. Ülemise osa küljel on süvend, millest ulatub välja tihvt, mille saab ühendada reguleerimisvardaga ja reguleerida sellisel viisil esimese osa asendit. Esimesel pinnal on eenduv piirdeplaat. Esimesel pöörataval osal on seda läbiv ava. Alumisel osal on teine pind ja teine pööratav osa koos eendiga, mis on liigendühenduses esimese pööratava osa avaga. Alumise osa küljel on naga, millel on ava, millesse on ühendatud reguleerimisvarras. Reguleerimisvahend ühendatakse ülemise ja alumise osa vahele. The invention relates to an adjustable shoe holder comprising an upper part having a first surface and a first rotatable part. The upper part has a recess on the side from which a pin extends, which can be connected to an adjustment rod and thus adjust the position of the first part. The first surface has a projecting stop plate. The first rotatable part has an opening therethrough. The lower part has a second surface and a second rotatable part with a projection that is articulated with the opening in the first rotatable part. The lower part has a lug on the side having an opening into which an adjustment rod is connected. The adjustment means is connected between the upper and lower parts.

Esimene ja teine pind asuvad eri tasanditel, mistõttu saab ühe jalatsi asetada vastavalt esimesele ja teise teisele pinnale. See hoiab horisontaalses suunas ruumi kokku. Ülemine osa on teise osa suhtes pööratav ning ülemise ja alumise osa vaheline nurk on seadistatud reguleerimisvarda abil, tänu millele saab ülemisele ja alumisele osale asetada eri tüüpi jalatseid. The first and second surfaces are at different levels, so that one shoe can be placed on the first surface and the other on the second surface, respectively. This saves space in the horizontal direction. The upper part is rotatable relative to the other part, and the angle between the upper and lower parts is set by means of an adjustment rod, thanks to which different types of shoes can be placed on the upper and lower parts.

Leiutist selgitatakse täpsemalt allolevas leiutiskirjelduses ning selle juurde kuuluva joonise abil, millel on näitlikustamiseks kujutatud käesoleva leiutise eelisteostus. The invention is explained in more detail in the description of the invention below and with the aid of the accompanying drawing, which illustrates a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

JOONISTE LOETELU LIST OF DRAWINGS

Joonisel on kujutatud käesoleva leiutise kohase jalatsihoidiku laotusvaade. The figure shows an exploded view of a shoe rack according to the present invention.

LEIUTISE TEOSTUSNÄIDE EXAMPLE OF THE INVENTION

According to the drawing, the shoe holder according to the present invention comprises an upper part 1 having a first surface 11 and a first rotatable part 13, wherein a stop plate 12 projects transversely from the lower side of the first surface 11 so that when a shoe is placed on the first surface 11, the stop plate 12 prevents the shoe from slipping off the first surface 11 when the first part 1 is positioned at an angle. The first rotatable part 13 has a through hole 131, which is articulated with the second part 2. On the side of the upper part 1 there is a recess 14, from which a pin 141 projects, which can be connected to the adjustment rod 3 and thus adjust the position of the first part 1.

Alumisel osal 2 on teine pind 21, millele saab asetada jalatsi, kusjuures teise pinna 21 alumiselt küljelt eendub ristsuunaliselt teine pööratav osa 22. Teisel pöörataval osal 22 on eend 221, mis on liigendühenduses esimese pööratava osa 13 avaga 131. Teise osa 2 teise pinna 21 külg on teise pööratava osaga 22 samal sirgjoonel, teiselt pinnalt 21 ulatub välja naga 23. Nagal 23 on ava 231, millesse ühendatakse reguleerimisvarras 3. The lower part 2 has a second surface 21 on which a shoe can be placed, with a second rotatable part 22 projecting transversely from the lower side of the second surface 21. The second rotatable part 22 has a projection 221, which is articulated with an opening 131 of the first rotatable part 13. The side of the second surface 21 of the second part 2 is in the same straight line as the second rotatable part 22, and a lug 23 projects from the second surface 21. The lug 23 has an opening 231, into which the adjustment rod 3 is connected.

Reguleerimisvahend sisaldab ülemise ja alumise osa 1, 2 vahele ühendatud kõverat reguleerimisvarrast 3. The adjustment means comprises a curved adjustment rod 3 connected between the upper and lower parts 1, 2.

The adjustment rod 3 includes a fixing part 31, which includes a guide groove 311 and a plurality of notches 312. The pin 141 on the first part 1 is movable in the guide groove 311 and is attached behind one of the notches 312 to adjust the angle between the upper and lower parts 1, 2. A pin 32 extends from the adjustment rod 3, which is attached by means of a hinge connection to an opening 231 in the lug 23 of the second part 2. The pin 32 has a larger head 321, so that when the pin 32 is attached to the opening 231, the pin 32 does not come loose from the lug 23 of the second part 2.

Esimene ja teine pind 11, 21 asuvad eri tasanditel, mistõttu saab ühe jalatsi asetada vastavalt esimesele ja teise teisele pinnale 11, 21. See hoiab horisontaalses suunas ruumi kokku. Ülemine osa 1 on teise osa 2 suhtes pööratav ning ülemise ja alumise osa 1, 2 vaheline nurk on seadistatud reguleerimisvarda 3 abil, tänu millele saab ülemisele ja alumisele osale 1, 2 asetada eri tüüpi jalatseid. Tihvt 141 on reguleerimisvarda 3 juhtsoones 311 liigutatav ning kinnitub ühele salkudest 312, mistõttu kasutaja saab ülemise ja alumise osa 1, 2 omavahelist asendit hõlpsalt reguleerida. The first and second surfaces 11, 21 are located at different levels, so that one shoe can be placed on the first and the second surface 11, 21, respectively. This saves space in the horizontal direction. The upper part 1 is rotatable with respect to the second part 2, and the angle between the upper and lower parts 1, 2 is set by means of an adjustment rod 3, thanks to which different types of shoes can be placed on the upper and lower parts 1, 2. The pin 141 is movable in the guide groove 311 of the adjustment rod 3 and is attached to one of the tabs 312, so that the user can easily adjust the relative position of the upper and lower parts 1, 2.

Ülemise osa 1 ava 131 ja alumise osa 2 eend 221 on ümberpööratavad ehk ülemise osa 1 esimene pööratav osa 13 on eend ja alumise osa 2 teine pööratav osa 22 on ava. Samamoodi saab ümber pöörata reguleerimisvarda 3 tihvti 32 ja alumise osa 2 naga 23. The opening 131 of the upper part 1 and the protrusion 221 of the lower part 2 are reversible, i.e. the first rotatable part 13 of the upper part 1 is a protrusion and the second rotatable part 22 of the lower part 2 is an opening. Similarly, the pin 32 of the adjustment rod 3 and the hook 23 of the lower part 2 can be reversed.
