Abstract
La presente invención proporciona métodos para el tratamiento de semillas de frutas, como los granos de cacao o granos de Copoazú sin la necesidad de fermentación microbiana. Semillas de frutas se tratan mediante la adición de semillas no fermentadas a una solución de una concentración definida de etanol en un volumen suficiente para cubrir las semillas, y manteniendo la solución a una temperatura fija durante un cierto tiempo.
