Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новому способу получения соединения гетероциклического производного химической формулы I; к новому промежуточному соединению, используемому в способе получения; к композиции для лечения или предупреждения гиперурикемии, подагры, нефрита, хронической почечной недостаточности, нефролитиаза, уремии, уролитиаза или заболевания, ассоциированного с мочевой кислотой, которая содержит соединение формулы I в дозе от более чем 2 до 10 мг или менее и вводится перорально один раз в сутки; и к 1,5-гидрату (сесквигидрату) гидрохлорида нового соединения химической формулы I.
