Наконечник (7) для захвата пина выполнен съемным, с возможностью соединения с рукояткой. Рукоятка выполнена в виде осциллятора, с возможностью передачи колебательно-вращательного движения наконечнику. Внутренняя поверхность края наконечника (7) для захвата пина выполнена в виде боковой поверхности шайбы с меньшим диаметром шляпы пина. The tip of the nail (1) is made in the form of a regular pyramid, in particular a triangular or quadrangular pyramid, the sides of the base and the side faces of which are concave. The side surface of the washer with a smaller diameter is made in the form of a conical surface facing upward with a large diameter. The pin holder contains a handle and a tip (7) for gripping the pin. The tip (7) for gripping the pin is removable, with the ability to connect to the handle. The handle is made in the form of an oscillator, with the possibility of transmitting the vibrational-rotational motion to the tip. The inner surface of the edge of the tip (7) for gripping the pin is made in the form of a lateral surface of a washer with a smaller diameter of the pin's hat. The patient's discomfort is minimized when the pin is inserted into the bone, and the pin holder can be easily removed after the pin is inserted.
