Abstract
Изобретение относится к производству строительных материалов, а именно к изготовлению стеклокристаллических пеноматериалов, применяемых в качестве легких заполнителей для бетонов, для тепловой изоляции производственного оборудования, трубопроводов, для изоляции холодильных установок и т.д. Задачей изобретения является изготовление сырьевой смеси для получения стеклокристаллических пеноматериалов с улучшенными технологическими свойствами: имеющих пониженную плотность, высокую прочность на сжатие и меньшее водопоглощение. Поставленная задача достигается за счет того, что сырьевая смесь для получения стеклокристаллических пеноматериалов, включающая порошок алюмосиликатного сырья и гидрат окиси натрия, в качестве алюмосиликатного сырья содержит отходы производства гранитного щебня и дополнительно - глину "Кустиха" при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: отходы производства гранитного щебня - 28-33, глина "Кустиха" - 28-33, гидрат окиси натрия - 14-16, вода - остальное.The invention relates to the production of building materials, namely the production of glass-crystalline foams used as light aggregates for concrete, for thermal insulation of production equipment, pipelines, for the insulation of refrigeration units, etc. The objective of the invention is to manufacture a raw mixture for obtaining glass-crystalline foams with improved technological properties: having a reduced density, high compressive strength and less water absorption. The task is achieved due to the fact that the raw mixture for the production of glass-crystalline foams, including powder of aluminosilicate raw materials and sodium hydroxide, as aluminosilicate raw materials contains waste from the production of granite crushed stone and additionally - clay "Kustiha" with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Waste crushed granite production - 28-33, clay "Kustiha" - 28-33, sodium oxide hydrate - 14-16, water - the rest.
