Abstract
Изобретение относится к области текстильной и химической промышленности, а именно к фильтрационным материалам, имеющим в своем составе нановолокна полимеров и используемым для очистки газовых сред от дисперсных частиц, в том числе в качестве фильтрующих элементов в конструкциях средств индивидуальной защиты органов дыхания. В способе получения фильтрационного материала в качестве полимера используют фторопласт-2, в качестве растворителя используют смесь N,N-диметилацетамида и этилацетата или пропилацетата в соотношении 1:1, получают формовочный раствор с удельной электропроводностью æ 13-18 мкСм/см и нулевой динамической вязкостью η 0,215-0,550 Па∙с, а электроформование нановолокон осуществляют при разнице напряжений между электродами 75-120 кВ и относительной влажности в камере электроформования 10-45%, при этом основу (фильтровальную бумагу и/или нетканый материал), на которую осаждают полученные нановолокна, перемещают со скоростью 30-40 м/мин. Формовочный раствор для осуществления способа содержит 10-16% фторопласта-2, 42-45% N,N-диметилацетамида, 42-45% этилацетата или пропилацетата.
