Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам и устройствам, предназначенным для организации производства метанола, в частности к способам и малотоннажным комплексам получения метанола непосредственно в промысловых условиях в составе установок комплексной подготовки газа. Преимуществами заявляемого способа организации производства метанола и комплекса для его осуществления являются снижение капиталоемкости, упрощение конструкции и увеличение надежности работы оборудования и систем управления, снижение потребления исходного сырья и вспомогательных материалов, увеличение сроков службы катализаторов конверсии углеродного сырья и синтеза метанола, повышение степени превращения исходного сырья в метанол, получение метанола-сырца с концентрацией выше 90%, не требующего дальнейшей переработки при использовании в качестве ингибитора гидратообразования, снижение расхода химочищенной воды, повышение работоспособности комплекса при минусовых температурах, в повышении его экологичности. Технический эффект заявляемого технического решения заключается в снижении капиталоемкости, упрощении конструкции и увеличении надежности работы оборудования и систем управления, в снижении потребления исходного сырья и вспомогательных материалов.The invention relates to methods and devices designed to organize the production of methanol, in particular to methods and low-tonnage complexes for the production of methanol directly in field conditions in the composition of integrated gas treatment plants. The advantages of the proposed method of organizing the production of methanol and the complex for its implementation are reducing capital intensity, simplifying the design and increasing the reliability of equipment and control systems, reducing the consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials, extending the life of catalysts for carbon conversion and methanol synthesis, increasing the degree of conversion of the raw materials in methanol, the production of raw methanol with a concentration above 90% that does not require further processing when using Hovhan as hydrate inhibitor, reduced consumption treated water, improving the complex efficiency at subzero temperatures, increasing its environmental friendliness. The technical effect of the proposed technical solution is to reduce capital intensity, simplify the design and increase the reliability of equipment and control systems, reducing the consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
