Заявляемая группа изобретений относится к области органической химии. Заявляемое вещество может быть использовано для очистки технологических и сточных вод от нефти, нефтепродуктов и других углеводородов. Вещество для очистки вод от твердых взвешенных частиц и углеводородов, в том числе нефти и нефтепродуктов, содержит композицию алкиламинофосфонатов натрия, а также воду. В качестве композиции алкиламинофосфонатов натрия содержит алкиламинофосфонаты натрия общей формулыгде n = 10-20, причем дополнительно содержит тринатрийфосфат NaPO∙12HO в следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: алкиламинофосфонаты натрия 5-25; тринатрийфосфат 5-15; вода 60-85. Способ получения вещества для очистки вод от твердых взвешенных частиц и углеводородов, в том числе нефти и нефтепродуктов, включает получение композиции алкиламинофосфонатов натрия путем обработки алифатических аминов фосфористой кислотой НРОи формальдегидом НСНО в присутствии соляной кислоты HCl с добавлением аминов с последующим охлаждением до температуры 60-65°С и нейтрализацией водным раствором едкого натра NaOH до рН = 8-10, причем после нейтрализации дополнительно добавляют тринатрийфосфат NaPO∙12HO при температуре 60-65°С и соотношении фосфористой кислоты к тринатрийфосфату 4,8-5,2:2,8-3,2, при этом алкиламинофосфонаты натрия получают постадийно при температуре менее 94°С. Технический результат - повышение степени и скорости очистки вод от твердых взвешенных частиц и углеводородов, в том числе нефти и нефтепродуктов.The claimed group of inventions relates to the field of organic chemistry. The inventive substance can be used for purification of process and wastewater from oil, petroleum products and other hydrocarbons. The substance for purification of water from suspended solids and hydrocarbons, including petroleum and petroleum products, contains a composition of sodium alkylaminophosphonates, as well as water. The composition of sodium alkylaminophosphonates contains sodium alkylaminophosphonates of the general formula where n = 10-20, and additionally contains trisodium phosphate NaPO ∙ 12HO in the following ratio, wt.%: Sodium alkylaminophosphonates 5-25; trisodium phosphate 5-15; water 60-85. The method of obtaining substances for water purification from suspended solids and hydrocarbons, including petroleum and petroleum products, includes obtaining a composition of sodium alkylaminophosphonates by treating aliphatic amines with NPO phosphoric acid with formaldehyde HNOE in the presence of hydrochloric acid HCl with the addition of amines, followed by cooling to a temperature of 60-65 ° C and neutralization with an aqueous solution of caustic soda NaOH to pH = 8-10, and after neutralization add trisodium phosphate NaPO ∙ 12HO at a temperature of 60-65 ° C and the ratio osforistoy acid trisodium phosphate to 4.8-5.2: 2.8-3.2, with sodium alkilaminofosfonaty prepared stepwise at a temperature less than 94 ° C. The technical result is to increase the degree and speed of water purification from suspended solids and hydrocarbons, including oil and oil products.
