Abstract
Комплекс оборудования для добычи высоковязкой нефти содержит насосно-компрессорную трубу с размещенным внутри нее приводом нефтяного насоса и последовательно смонтированную на ней компоновку из нефтяного насоса, перфорированного участка трубы с якорем насоса и скважинного прибора, выполненного в виде цилиндрического корпуса. В корпусе последовательно расположены герметичная полость и кольцевая камера с радиальными каналами. В герметичной полости корпуса размещен источник упругих колебаний высокой частоты, выполненный в виде ультразвукового преобразователя. Герметичная полость по оси компоновки снабжена стяжкой, имеющей внутренний сквозной канал, ведущий в кольцевую камеру. На наружной поверхности корпуса установлено распределительное устройство, выполненное в виде подвижной втулки. Скважинный прибор соединен электрическим кабелем с наземным источником электропитания. Комплекс дополнительно снабжен наземными расходной емкостью с реагентом, насосом, регулирующим клапаном, связанными между собой трубопроводом, и линией подачи жидкого химического реагента через внутренний канал стяжки герметичной полости в кольцевую камеру скважинного прибора.The complex of equipment for the production of high-viscosity oil contains a tubing with an oil pump drive located inside it and an assembly of an oil pump, a perforated section of the pipe with a pump anchor and a downhole tool made in the form of a cylindrical body mounted in series on it. A sealed cavity and an annular chamber with radial channels are arranged in series in the housing. In the sealed cavity of the housing there is a source of elastic vibrations of high frequency, made in the form of an ultrasonic transducer. The sealed cavity along the layout axis is equipped with a coupler having an internal through channel leading to the annular chamber. A switchgear made in the form of a movable sleeve is installed on the outer surface of the housing. The downhole tool is connected by an electric cable to a surface power source. The complex is additionally equipped with a ground supply tank with a reagent, a pump, a control valve interconnected by a pipeline, and a line for supplying a liquid chemical reagent through the internal channel of the tight cavity tie-down into the annular chamber of the downhole tool.
