Abstract
Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности к технологии горячей пластической деформации, и может быть использовано для изготовления различных изделий из чугуна. Задачей заявляемого изобретения является снижение количество брака и улучшение прочностных характеристик готовых изделий. Поставленная задача решается тем, что в способе изготовления изделий из чугуна, включающем получение литой заготовки, ее предварительную механическую обработку, термообработку, горячую пластическую деформацию, изотермическую закалку и окончательную механическую обработку, термообработку осуществляют циклически путем нагрева до температуры 900-1000°С со скоростью не менее 100°С/мин и последующего охлаждения до температуры 700-750°С в количестве 3-10 циклов с выдержкой при каждом температурном интервале 5-10 мин. Сущность заявляемого технического решения заключается в измельчении кристаллической структуры чугуна при одновременном обеспечении обратной ликвации примесей. Это позволяет расширить температурный интервал осуществления горячей пластической деформации и достичь максимальных прочностных характеристик.The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to the technology of hot plastic deformation, and can be used for the manufacture of various products from cast iron. The task is solved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing products from cast iron, including obtaining a cast billet, its preliminary mechanical processing, heat treatment, hot plastic deformation, isothermal hardening and final mechanical treatment, heat treatment is carried out cyclically by heating to a temperature of 900-1000 ° C not less than 100 ° C / min and subsequent cooling to a temperature of 700-750 ° C in the amount of 3-10 cycles with an exposure at each temperature interval of 5-10 minutes. The essence of the proposed technical solution is the grinding of the cast iron crystal structure while ensuring the reverse segregation of impurities. This allows you to extend the temperature range of the implementation of hot plastic deformation and to achieve maximum strength characteristics.
