Abstract
Изобретение относится к масложировой и эфиромасличной промышленности и касается подготовки обезэфиренного кориандра к переработке для извлечения жирного масла прессованием. Техническим результатом изобретения является увеличение выхода жирного масла из обезэфиренного кориандра и повышение содержания протеина в жмыхе. Технический результат достигается тем, что в заявляемом способе, включающем кондиционирование обезэфиренного кориандра по влажности и температуре, после кондиционирования обезэфиренный кориандр делят на три фракции по размерам путём сепарирования на ситах: сход с сита диаметром 1,8-2,2 мм - крупная фракция, проход с сита диаметром 1,8-2,2 мм и сход с сита диаметром 1,2-1,6 мм - средняя фракция, проход через сито диаметром 1,2-1,6 мм - мелкая фракция, при этом из крупной и средней фракции отделяют частицы лузги путём сепарирования воздушным потоком, затем эти фракции объединяют с мелкой фракцией и направляют на прессование, а лузгу выводят из производства. Изобретение позволяет существенно увеличить выход жирного масла и повысить протеин в жмыхе.The invention relates to the oil and oil and oil industry, and relates to the preparation of de-ester coriander for processing to extract fatty oil by pressing. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the inventive method, which includes the conditioning of unessenced coriander by humidity and temperature, after conditioning, the desiccated coriander is divided into three fractions by size by separation on sieves: a descent from a sieve of 1.8-2.2 mm in diameter a passage from a sieve with a diameter of 1.8-2.2 mm and a descent from a sieve with a diameter of 1.2-1.6 mm - the middle fraction, a passage through a sieve with a diameter of 1.2-1.6 mm - a small fraction, while from the coarse and the middle fraction is separated particles of husk by separation by air flow, then m fraction combined with these fine fraction and directed to compressing and husk outputted from production. The invention allows to significantly increase the yield of fatty oils and increase the protein in the meal.
