Abstract
Согласно настоящему изобретению способ получения гранулированных комплексных удобрений включает смешивание твердых компонентов в течение от 1 до 10 мин с влажными компонентами, полученными путем нейтрализации щелочных компонентов минеральными кислотами в трубчатом реакторе, расположенном в нижней части смесителя. Температуру смеси повышают до 140°С. Водные растворы аммиака, содержащие нитрат аммония, мочевину, сульфат аммония, нитрат кальция, нитрат магния или их смеси, гидроксид калия или соли калия или их смеси применяют в качестве щелочного компонента, а азотную, фосфорную или серную кислоты в качестве кислотного компонента. Содержание азота в гранулированном продукте составляет от 5 до 25 вес.%, а серы до 15 мас.%.
