Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу очистки антител от смеси белков, продуцируемой в биореакторе, по меньшей мере, включающему этапы промежуточной очистки и доочистки, где этапы промежуточной очистки и доочистки содержат последовательную обработку анионообменной хроматографией (АЕХ) и хроматографией с гидрофобным взаимодействием (HIC) в проточном режиме.
