Abstract
Экструзия со вспениванием низкомолекулярных полиалкилентерефталатов, имеющих ХВ, составляющую ниже 1,0 дл/г, для изготовления газонаполненных гранул, раскрыта в этом изобретении. Способ состоит из экструзионного вспенивания смол и подводного гранулирования расплавленных нитей. Полученные гранулы демонстрируют сложную структуру и характеризуются ХВ, составляющей 0,69 дл/г или более, и вязкостью расплава ηвыше чем 300 Па∙с.
