Изобретение относится к области гидротурбостроения и может быть использовано при разработке рабочих колес радиально-осевых гидротурбин. Лопаточный аппарат рабочего колеса радиально-осевой гидротурбины содержит обод, ступицу и лопасти, каждая из которых соединена с ободом и ступицей и выполнена с входной и выходной кромками изогнутого профиля и плавно изменяющейся толщиной в направлении от входной кромки к выходной и от ступицы к ободу. Лопасти лопаточного аппарата выполнены с утолщенной частью вблизи входной кромки, причем максимальная толщина лопасти в сечении ее ступицей больше максимальной толщины лопасти в сечении ее ободом. Определены оптимальные интервалы значений параметров: максимальной толщины сечения лопасти ступицей, максимальной толщины сечения лопасти ободом, а также мест их расположения вдоль распрямленной срединной линии соответствующего сечения. Технический результат: предотвращение отрыва потока за входными кромками лопастей при работе гидротурбины на режимах с повышенными напорами и режимах с частичными нагрузками во всем диапазоне рабочих напоров.The invention relates to the field of hydraulic turbine construction and can be used in the development of impellers of radial-axial hydraulic turbines. The vane of the impeller of a radial-axial hydraulic turbine contains a rim, a hub and blades, each of which is connected to the rim and a hub and is made with an inlet and outlet edges of a curved profile and a smoothly varying thickness in the direction from the inlet edge to the outlet and from the hub to the rim. The blades of the blade apparatus are made with a thickened part near the leading edge, and the maximum blade thickness in its hub section is greater than the maximum blade thickness in its rim section. The optimal intervals of parameter values have been determined: the maximum thickness of the blade section with the hub, the maximum thickness of the blade section with the rim, as well as their locations along the straightened midline of the corresponding section. EFFECT: prevention of flow separation behind the leading edges of the blades during operation of the hydraulic turbine in modes with increased heads and modes with partial loads in the entire range of operating heads.
