Abstract

Способ изготовления растяжимого композитного листа посредством установки множества зон захвата, расположенных вдоль направления транспортирования первого непрерывного листа, причем первый непрерывный лист транспортируют с прослаиванием между вращающимися роликами в зонах захвата и посредством прохождения через зоны захвата, при этом первый непрерывный лист является листом, в котором эластичность создается в направлении транспортирования путем растягивания в направлении транспортирования, включающий в себя растягивание первого непрерывного листа в направлении транспортирования во время транспортирования первого непрерывного листа из первой зоны захвата к второй зоне захвата, причем первый непрерывный лист является либо листом, в котором эластичность уже развита, или листом, в котором эластичность еще должна быть развита; образование отверстия в первом непрерывном листе периодически (прерывисто) в направлении транспортирования во время транспортирования первого непрерывного листа из второй зоны захвата к третьей зоне захвата, причем первый непрерывный лист находится уже в растянутом состоянии, и присоединение внахлестку второго непрерывного листа, имеющего более низкую эластичность, чем первый непрерывный лист, с первым непрерывным листом в третьей зоне захвата.
