Abstract

Предложен способ изготовления упаковки, которая выполнена из однослойного или многослойного листового материала и свойством которой является легкое вскрытие. В этом способе листовому материалу придают форму готовой упаковки, имеющей внутреннюю сторону, пригодную для нахождения в контакте с пакуемым веществом, и наружную сторону, причем данный способ включает следующие этапы: формование пленки в трубку путем соединения двух боковых кромок листа в продольном направлении; причем данное соединение создает боковой клапан (10) на наружной стороне трубки или трубку пропускают по формирователю, содержащему выступ, посредством которого формируют боковой клапан на наружной стороне трубки; выполнение поперечных швов (3, 4) в трубке с ограничением каждой упаковки между двумя поперечными швами; выполнение перфорационных линий (25) в указанных поперечных швах для отсоединения/разделения двух смежных упаковок; выполнение перфорации (7) одного слоя материала параллельно боковому клапану и смежно с ним, причем перфорация проходит от перфорационной линии к поперечному шву или в него.A method of manufacturing a package that is made of a single-layer or multilayer sheet material and whose property is easy opening is proposed.
