Abstract

Предложен магнитный модуль, сборный магнит которого образован множеством элементарных плиток магнитов с одинаковым направлением намагниченности, заключенных в тонкостенный корпус из непроводящего немагнитного материала. Корпус предварительно выполнен в виде полого призматического короба с двумя открытыми торцами, размер отверстия которых соответствует размерам поперечного сечения плиток магнита, а плоскость параллельна направлению намагниченности, причем плитки магнитов размещены и вклеены во внутреннюю полость короба через открытые торцы. Плитки магнитов имеют скругленные ребра граней, исключающие зацепление плиток на стенках полости, и плотно сжаты между собой с помощью торцевых пробок, выполненных из немагнитного материала, которые вклеены в полость короба по торцам и механически закреплены в нем.A magnetic module is proposed, the combined magnet of which is formed by a set of elementary magnet tiles with the same direction of magnetization, enclosed in a thin-walled casing of non-conductive non-magnetic material. Tiles of magnets have rounded edges of the faces, eliminating the engagement of tiles on the walls of the cavity, and tightly squeezed together with end caps made of non-magnetic material, which are glued into the cavity of the duct at the ends and mechanically fixed in it.
