Abstract

Изобретение относится к области энерготехнологического оборудования, а именно к устройствам уничтожения отходов путем сжигания, в частности, к конструкциям печей для утилизации твердых бытовых отходов. Технический результат, достигаемый при использовании заявляемого изобретения, заключается в обеспечении пульсаций в режиме сжигания и повышении степени теплоотдачи установки. Поставленная задача решается тем, что нейтрализатор твердых бытовых отходов огневой, содержащий загрузочную камеру, камеру сгорания и циклон, снабженный дымовой трубой, при этом камера сгорания размещена под загрузочной камерой и представляет собой вертикально ориентированный цилиндрический корпус с соосно расположенной внутри него шахтой с образованием кольцевого зазора между боковыми стенками корпуса и шахты, подводом воздушного потока, расположенным тангенциально к боковой стенке корпуса, и подключенным к боковой стенке корпуса горелочным узлом, выполненным с возможностью пульсационного горения, при этом в нижней части камеры сгорания закреплен зольник, соединенный с ворошителем зольного остатка, снабжен камерой дожига, расположенной под камерой сгорания, и представляющей собой корпус с цилиндрической боковой поверхностью, люком выгрузки продуктов переработки и соплом, закрепленным в верхней центральной части камеры дожига и выполненным в виде усеченного конуса с обращенным в сторону люка выгрузки меньшим основанием, а циклон тангенциально подключен к камере дожига. Одной из возможных сфер применения заявляемого изобретения является утилизация медицинских отходов. Термическое обезвреживание позволяет осуществлять утилизацию медицинских отходов без сортировочной линии и предварительной дезинфекции.The invention relates to the field of energy technology equipment, namely, devices for the destruction of waste by burning, in particular, to the design of furnaces for the disposal of solid waste. The technical result achieved when using the claimed invention is to provide pulsations in the combustion mode and increase the degree of heat transfer installation. The task is solved by the fact that the neutralizer of solid household waste fire containing a loading chamber, a combustion chamber and a cyclone equipped with a chimney, while the combustion chamber is located under the loading chamber and is a vertically oriented cylindrical body with a shaft coaxially located inside it between the side walls of the hull and the shaft, supply air flow, located tangentially to the side wall of the hull, and connected to the side wall of the hull the burner unit, made with the possibility of pulsation burning, while in the lower part of the combustion chamber an ashpit is fixed, connected to the ash residue agitator, equipped with a combustion chamber located under the combustion chamber, which is a body with a cylindrical side surface, a product discharge hatch and a nozzle fixed in the upper central part of the afterburner chamber and made in the form of a truncated cone with a smaller base facing the discharge hatch, and the cyclone is tangentially connected to the chamber e afterburning. One of the possible applications of the claimed invention is the disposal of medical waste. Thermal neutralization allows the disposal of medical waste without a sorting line and prior disinfection.
