Abstract
Изобретение относится к фармацевтическим композициям для ингаляции, и может быть отнесено также к порошковым фармацевтическим композициям для ингаляции с использованием тонкодисперсных биологически активных веществ на инертных носителях без связующего материала. Техническим результатом, на достижение которого направлено предлагаемое изобретение, является создание такой фармацевтической композиции для ингаляции, в которой массовое содержание тонкодисперстных частиц биологически активного вещества респирабельных размеров в сочетании с грубодисперсными, нереспирабельными частицами инертного носителя, обеспечивали бы максимальное значение величины респирабельной фракции при ингаляции, с учетом погрешносги дозирования, при этом биологически активное вещество должно содержать такой компонент, который обладал бы выраженным противовоспалительным, противоаллергическим, антиастматическим и противовирусным действием. Технический результат достигается тем, что предложена фармацевтическая композиция для ингаляции, включающая тонкодисперсное биологически активное вещество в виде частиц респирабельных размеров и грубодисперсный биологически инертный носитель в виде частиц нереспирабельных размеров, отличающаяся тем, что биологически активное вещество включает глутарилгистамин при следующем соотношении ингредиентов, мас.%:The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for inhalation, and can also be attributed to powder pharmaceutical compositions for inhalation using finely dispersed biologically active substances on inert carriers without a binder.
