Расширение ассортимента целевых продуктов и увеличение гибкости процесса, а также повышение выхода углеводородов Св расчете на сумму углеводородов достигается несколькими вариантами способа путем переработки смеси водорода и оксидов углерода в две стадии так, что на первой стадии исходное сырье контактирует с катализатором, состоящим из катализатора синтеза метанола и твердого кислотного катализатора, расположенных в виде смеси в одной реакционной зоне или раздельно в разных реакционных зонах. Исходная смесь водорода и оксидов углерода имеет объемные соотношения (H-CO)/(CO+CO) = 1-3 и CO/CO= 0-100, а в качестве компонентов твердого кислотного катализатора используют цеолит, или кристаллический силикоалюмофосфат, или оксид алюминия, или их комбинацию друг с другом. Выделенные из газового потока после первой стадии жидкие продукты направляют на вторую стадию, где при контакте с цеолитсодержащим катализатором происходит превращение ДМЭ и/или метанола в бензиновую фракцию или ароматические углеводороды, газообразные углеводороды (включая пропан-бутановую фракцию) и воду или метанола только в ДМЭ.Expanding the range of target products and increasing the flexibility of the process, as well as increasing the yield of hydrocarbons.
