Изобретение относится к устройствам для ремонта железнодорожного пути, в частности к выгребным устройствам щебнеочистительной машины. Выгребающее звено рабочей цепи содержит выгребную лапу с отверстиями под резцы (рыхлители), установленные в стаканы/отверстия или гребни с твердосплавными пластинами. Рабочая зона лапы упрочнена, а скользящая нижняя проушина имеет съемный футеровочный лист. Все элементы выгребного звена выполнены из стального проката марки 35 ХГСА и собраны путем сварки. Предварительная механическая обработка заготовок выполняется до сварки, окончательная - после сварки. До сварки - высокий отпуск t 650°С в течение 3 ч. После сварки изотермическая закалка и снятие остаточных сварочных напряжений. Техническим результатом данного изобретения является возможность сбора элементов выгребного звена рабочей цепи щебнеочистительной машины путем сварки.The invention relates to a device for the repair of railway tracks, in particular to the cesspool devices of the rubble cleaning machine.
