Abstract
Для газораспределения в двигателе внутреннего сгорания предлагается использовать принцип цилиндрического золотника, выполненного в виде общего вала, вращающегося в цилиндрической полости и имеющего отдельные каналы для каждого цилиндра. Ось вращения вала параллельна оси вращения коленчатого вала, а сам распределительный вал имеет для каждого цилиндра выемку в форме сегмента, либо сектора, либо другой формы. Общий вид механизма для одного цилиндра в упрощенном виде изображен на чертеже. Угловая скорость вращения распределительного вала вдвое меньше скорости вращения коленчатого вала. Во время работы ДВС в нужный момент выемка клапана соединяет отверстие, имеющееся в цилиндре, с отверстием впускного либо выхлопного коллектора, обеспечивая всасывание воздуха и выхлоп отработанных газов. Для уменьшения трения распределительного вала о поверхность полости предусматривается установка подшипников скольжения. Для предотвращения разгерметизации цилиндров предусматривается установка уплотнительных колец и подпружиненных уплотнительных пластин 9. Охлаждение золотникового вала предусматривается посредством протекания охлаждающей жидкости внутри вала.For gas distribution in an internal combustion engine, it is proposed to use the principle of a cylindrical valve, made in the form of a common shaft, rotating in a cylindrical cavity and having separate channels for each cylinder. To reduce friction of the camshaft on the surface of the cavity provides for the installation of bearings. To prevent depressurization of the cylinders, the installation of sealing rings and spring-loaded sealing plates 9 is provided. Cooling the spool shaft is provided by flowing coolant inside the shaft.
