Изобретение относится к строительным материалам, в частности к неавтоклавному ячеистому бетону, а также к способу его приготовления в построечных условиях и к способу возведения сооружений из него. Способ приготовления неавтоклавного ячеистого бетона включает, в частности, приготовление раствора для поризации на основе рецептурных количеств цемента, воды, пластификатора, ускорителя твердения и, при необходимости, утяжелителя, приготовление по специальной технологии на основе рецептурных количеств воды и пенообразователя пены для поризации, ее введение в раствор для поризации в две стадии, а также введение в раствор для поризации армирующей добавки. Неавтоклавный ячеистый бетон готовят на основе сырьевой смеси, содержащей цемент, пластификатор С-3, ускоритель твердения, пенообразователь, армирующую добавку и воду для затворения и для приготовления пены, при следующем содержании компонентов на 1,0 мячеистобетонной смеси 135-460 кг цемента, 1,0-3,8 кг пластификатора С-3, 1,2-4,7 кг ускорителя твердения, 2,6-4,7 кг армирующей добавки, 1,4-1,9 кг пенообразователя, 100-200 кг воды и, при необходимости, до 690 кг утяжелителя. В качестве армирующей добавки предпочтительно используют щелочестойкое синтетическое волокно, предпочтительно низкосортные и неутилизируемые текстильные отходы, более предпочтительно отходы производства синтетического меха после стрижки с длиной волокон не более 1,0 см. Способ возведения сооружений из неавтоклавного ячеистого бетона включает приготовление неавтоклавного ячеистого бетона с заданными значениями плотности на месте возведения сооружения и подачу бетона по бетоноводу под давлением к месту укладки.The invention relates to construction materials, in particular to non-autoclaved cellular concrete, as well as to the method of its preparation in construction conditions and to the method of erection of structures from it. The method of preparation of non-autoclaved cellular concrete includes, in particular, preparation of a solution for porisation based on prescription quantities of cement, water, plasticizer, hardening accelerator and, if necessary, weighting agent, preparation using a special technology based on prescription quantities of water and a frother of foam for porisation, its introduction into the solution for porisation in two stages, as well as the introduction into the solution for porisation of a reinforcing agent. Non-autoclaved cellular concrete is prepared on the basis of a raw mix containing cement, plasticizer C-3, a hardening accelerator, a foaming agent, a reinforcing additive and water for mixing and for preparing foam, with the following content of components at 1.0 ballistic concrete mixture 135-460 kg of cement, 1 , 0-3.8 kg of plasticizer C-3, 1.2-4.7 kg of hardening accelerator, 2.6-4.7 kg of reinforcing agent, 1.4-1.9 kg of foaming agent, 100-200 kg of water and , if necessary, up to 690 kg of weighting agent. Alkali-resistant synthetic fiber, preferably low-grade and non-utilizable textile waste, more preferably synthetic fur production waste after shearing with a fiber length of not more than 1.0 cm, is preferably used as a reinforcing additive. The method of erection of structures from non-autoclaved cellular concrete includes preparation of non-autoclaved cellular concrete with specified values density at the site of construction and supply of concrete through the concrete pipe under pressure to the place of installation.
