Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу производства железорудных агломератов, включающего окускование мелких железорудных частиц в присутствии композиции связующего, в котором композиция связующего включает связующее и силикат щелочного металла и в котором силикат щелочного металла присутствует в количестве от 0,0001 до 0,08 мас.%, исходя из общего веса сухого железорудного агломерата, в котором композиция связующего не содержит синтетического полимера и предпочтительно включает карбоксилметилцеллюлозу как связующее.The present invention relates to a method for the production of iron ore agglomerates, comprising agglomeration of fine iron ore particles in the presence of a binder composition, in which the binder composition comprises a binder and an alkali metal silicate and in which an alkali metal silicate is present in an amount of 0.0001 to 0.08 wt%, based on the total weight of dry iron ore agglomerate, in which the binder composition does not contain synthetic polymer and preferably includes carboxymethyl cellulose as a binder.
