Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к лекарственным препаратам для перорального применения, обладающим широким спектром биологической активности, и может быть использовано для лечения заболеваний вирусной природы, а также иммунодефицитных состояний, в том числе ВИЧ-обусловленных. Задачей изобретения является создание лекарственного препарата для перорального применения, обладающего высокой лечебной эффективностью и стабильностью лекарственной формы при хранении. Поставленная задача решается тем, что лекарственный препарат для перорального применения, содержащий в качестве биологически активного вещества N-метилглюкаминовую соль акридонуксусной кислоты, целевые добавки и кишечно-растворимое покрытие, согласно изобретению дополнительно содержит в качестве добавки N-метилглюкамин, а в качестве кишечно-растворимого покрытия используют композицию на основе полиакрилатов, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The invention relates to medicine, namely to drugs for oral use, with a wide range of biological activity, and can be used to treat diseases of a viral nature, as well as immunodeficiency states, including HIV-related.
