Abstract
[1,2,4]Triazolo[4,3-a]quinoxaline-4-amine derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> in which X and X1 are H, F, Cl, Br or OCH3, R1 is H, alkyl, perfluoroalkyl or phenyl, and R2 and R3 are H, alkyl, phenylalkyl or alkanol, or R2 and R3, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are linked, form a piperazino ring, or acid addition salts thereof, are prepared by reacting a corresponding 4-chloro compound of the formula <IMAGE> (IIA or IIB) with an amine of the formula HNR'2R'3, in which R'2 and R'3 denote the same as R2 and R3, except alkanol, and acylating, where appropriate. The compounds I can be used as remedies against depression and/or fatigue.
