Claims (14)
1. Apparat (100) til fortætning og komprimering af komede materialer, der omfatter en drivaksel (110), et komprimeringskammer (124) ved en nedre ende af drivakslen og ét eller flere diametriske ekspansions- og restriktionselementer (114), hvor apparatet endvidere omfatter en åbning i en øvre overflade af komprimeringskammeret, der omfatter en gennemstrømningspassage (122) uden for drivakslen og er konfigureret til at modtage kornede materialer fra det ydre af drivakslen.

4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, hvor de indre diametriske restriktionselementer (1141) og ydre diametriske ekspansionselementer (114E) er enten forbundet eller ikke forbundet med hinanden.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor drivakslen (110) er af en samme størrelse og/eller diameter, større størrelse og/eller diameter, eller mindre størrelse og/eller diameter end komprimeringskammeret (124).

Fremgangsmåde til fortætning og komprimering af kornede materialer, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: a. tilvejebringelse af et komprimeringsapparat (100), der omfatter en drivaksel (110), et komprimeringskammer (124) ved en nedre ende af drivakslen, og ét eller flere diametriske ekspansions- og restriktionselementer (114), hvor apparatet endvidere omfatter en åbning i en øvre overflade af komprimeringskammeret, der omfatter en gennemstrømningspassage (122) uden for drivakslen og konfigureret til at modtage komede materialer fra det ydre af drivakslen; b. føring af komprimeringsapparatet i jord i frit felt ned til en specificeret dybde; c. løft af komprimeringsapparatet en specificeret afstand, således at det ene eller flere diametriske restriktionselementer bevæger sig nedefter i forhold til komprimeringsapparatet for at hænge ned fra forbindelser til komprimeringsapparatet, hvorved det gøres muligt for kornede materialer, der befinder sig over en øvre del af komprimeringskammeret, at strømme gennem gennemstrømning spas s agen; d. igen at føre apparatet nedefter i jord i frit felt, hvilket bevirker, at det ene eller flere diametriske restriktionselementer hober sig op, hvorved der dannes komprimeringsoverflader; og e. gentagelse af nedføring og løft af komprimeringsapparatet.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor komprimeringsapparatet gentagne gange føres ned og løftes trinvist, indtil komprimeringsapparatet er løftet til eller i nærheden af en oprindelig jordhøjde.
