Claims (14)

1. Fleksibel slange omfattende: - mindst et ydre beskyttelseslag (2) af et første fleksibelt polymermateriale (A), - mindst et indre lag (3) af et andet fleksibelt polymermateriale (B) i direkte kontakt med den fluid, der skal transporteres, - et fiberforstærkningslag (6) anbragt mellem det ydre lag (2) og det indre lag (3), hvori det andet polymermateriale (B) omfatter en polyolefinplastforbindelse (Cl) og en elastomerforbindelse (C2) i en sådan vægtprocent, så det andet polymermateriale (B) bibringes en Shore A hårdhed på mindre en 85, kendetegnet ved, at det andet polymermateriale (B) er valgt fra gruppen af polymermaterialer, der i det væsentlige er frit for flydende blødgøringsmidler for at undgå forurening og/eller forurening af det transporterede væske og/eller det omgivende miljø og for at gøre slangen egnet til transportere fødevarevæsker; og yderligere kendetegnet ved, at det andet polymermateriale (B) er valgt fra gruppen omfattende polyvinyl-klorid-frie polymermaterialer.
2. Slange ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det andet polymermateriale (B) har en Shore A hårdhed på 60 til 85, og fortrinsvis nær 70.
3. Slange ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at elastomerforbindelsen (C2) er tilstede i det andet polymermateriale (B) i et vægtforhold på 55% til 85%, fortrinsvis nær 75%.
4. Slange ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at elastomerforbindelsen (C2) er valgt fra gruppen omfattende SEBS, SEPS, EPDM, polyolefine-lastomere.
5. Slange ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den termo-plastiske forbindelse (Cl) er til stede i et vægtforhold på 45% til 15%, og fortrinsvis nær ved 25%.
6. Slange ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolefin-plastforbindelsen (Cl) er valgt fra gruppen omfattende polypropylener, polyethylener eller lignende.
7. Slange ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det første polymermateriale (A) i det ydre beskyttelseslag (2) omfatter et UV filter (E).
8. Slange ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at filteret (E) er valgt fra gruppen omfattende titanoxid, kiselsyreanhydrid, kønrøg, zinkoxid.
9. Slange ifølge krav 7 eller 8, kendetegnet ved, at filteret (E) kan være tilstede i et vægtforhold på 0,1 til 10% af den samlede vægt af det første polymermateriale (A).
10. Slange ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere har et mellemlag (4) af et tredje fleksibelt polymermateriale (F) anbragt mellem det ydre beskyttelseslag (2) og det indre lag (3), hvilket tredje polymermateriale (F) omfatter et mørkt farvende middel (G) til at hindre algevækst inde i slangen.
11. Slange ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at det farvende middel (G) er af kønrøgstypen.
12. Slange ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at indholdet af det kønrøgsfar-vende middel er fra 0,1 til 10 vægtprocent.
13. Slange ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det fiberforstærkende lag (6) har spiralvundet eller netform med enkelt- eller dobbeltkæde-sting/masker.
14. Slange ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at kæde-netfiberlaget (6) har i det væsentlige parallelle rækker sting eller masker (7) og/eller i det væsentlige parallelle linier af sting eller masker (8), hvilke linier af masker/sting (8) og rækker af masker/sting (7) hælder indbyrdes i forhold til slangens længdeakse (Y) med respektive forudbestemte vinkler (α, B).
