Claims (22)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et nåle-ribberør (100), hvilket nåle-ribberør (100) omfatter nålelignende ribbedele (111a!, 111a2...), kendetegnet ved, at man med henblik på at fremstille en indre ribbestruktur (30) i nåle-ribberør (100), hvilke ribber (30) cirkulerer som en spiral i nåle-ribberøret (100) fra den ene ende til den anden af rørstrækningen (120), anvender følgende fremgangsmåde: ribbetråden (50) anbringes omkring en stang (11), som overføres og roteres på en lineær måde, og fastgjort til stangen (11) bevæges den inde i nåle-ribberøret (100) fra den ene ende til den anden, tråden (50) frigøres fra stangen (11), hvorpå den fastgøres til den indvendige overflade af nåle-ribberørets (100) rør (120) under dens fjederkraft.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at man ved fremgangsmåden bringer den indre ribbe (30) af nåle-ribberøret (100) fra en trådrulle (K) til at være i forbindelse med en indskæring (V) i den ene ende af stangen (11), og at stangen (11) roteres, hvorved tråden (50) fastgøres til enden (11a) af stangen (11), og at stangen (11) bevæges på lineær måde indvendig i røret (120), og stangen (11) roteres samtidig.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at man ved fremgangsmåden bringer tråden (50) fra en trådrulle (K) ved hjælp af hjul (C^ C2, C3, C4, C5), som opretholder en vis spænding i tråden (50), og tråden (50) føres ind i en indskæring (V) i den ene ende (11a) af stangen (11) og bevæges til bunden af indskæringen (V) ved hjælp af en stangdel (16),

Fremgangsmåde ifølge de foregående krav 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at stangdelen (16), der anvendes ved fremgangsmåden, omfatter en moddel (160), som omfatter et buet, nedad rettet modstykke (160a) og et opad rettet modstykke (160b), hvorved nåle-ribberøret (100) holdes på plads ved hjælp af det buede modstykke (160).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge de foregående krav 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at stangdelen (160), føres fra en station (A1) til en station (A2), i hvilken moddelen (160) understøtter nåle-ribberøret (100), og i hvilken første station (A1) overførslen af tråden (50) til indskæringen (V) i enden af stangen (11) er understøttet.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at der ved fremgangsmåden anvendes en sådan tråd, der danner en ribbe, som har en cirkulær tværsnitsform, og som fortrinsvis er en metaltråd.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-6, kendetegnet ved, at nåle-ribberøret (100) ved fremgangsmåden under dannelsen af spiralribben (30) er understøttet ved hjælp af en overføringsindretning (20), hvor kæberne (21a1t 21 a2) af overføringsindretningen (20) fastholder nåle-ribberørene (100), medens ribben (30) dannes.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-7, kendetegnet ved, at ribbefremstillingen udføres samtidig i flere tilstødende nåle- ribberør (100), hvorved én motor (Mi) og rem (H-ι) driver flere stænger (11) samtidig og roterer dem, og at kroppen af det ovennævnte roterende udstyr bevæges på en lineær måde (pilen Si) for at bevæge tråden (50) samtidig indvendig i de tilstødende nåle-ribberør (100).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-8, kendetegnet ved, at når tråden (50) er blevet styret ind i røret (120) af nåle-ribberøret (100), afskæres tråden (50) ved hjælp af en skæreenhed (14).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-9, kendetegnet ved, at de forskellige trin ved fremgangsmåden observeres ved hjælp af sensorindretninger.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-10, kendetegnet ved, at stangens (11) rotationshastighed reguleres og ændres og ligeledes hastigheden for stangens (11) lineære bevægelse reguleres og ændres, hvorved det ved udførelse af de ovennævnte indstillingsfunktioner er muligt at regulere stigningen af ribben (30) i dens spiralformede og skrueformede bevægelse.

Udstyr (10) til gennemførelse af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 1-11, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) omfatter en aflang stang (11) og i dens ene ende en indskæring (V), og at udstyret (10) omfatter roterende udstyr (Mi, H1t N1t N2...) til stangen (11) og udstyr (N2, T2) til at bevæge stangen (11) på en lineær måde inden i røret (120) af nåle-ribberøret (100),
13, Udstyr ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) omfatter en rulle (K), hvorfra tråden (50) styres, og at der er styreindretninger, såsom valser (Ci, C2, C3, C4, C5), ved hjælp af hvilke tråden (50) er blevet styret og gennem pressepunkterne mellem styrevalserne (C1p C2, C3, C4), og at der er en skæreenhed (14), hvormed tråden (50) afskæres efter ribbefremstillingen, og at der er en såkaldt stangindretning (16), som udfører en understøtning af tråden (50) i en station (A1), og som udfører understøtning af nåle-ribberøret (100) i en station (A2), hvorved stangindretningen omfatter en aktuator (13) til at bevæge stangdelen (16), hvilken stangdel (16) som en moddel ti! tråden (50) fortrinsvis omfatter en indskæring eller en rille (16a), og hvilken stangdel (16) omfatter en moddel (160), fortrinsvis en konstruktion omfattende et buet, nedad rettet stangstykke (16a) og en konstruktion forbundet dermed og omfattende et opad rettet stangstykke (16b), som anvendes til at understøtte nåle-ribberøret (100) under ribbefremstillingen.
14. Udstyr ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 12 eller 13, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) omfatter en indretning (30) til at overføre nåle-ribberørene (100), i hvilken indretning der er gribedele (21a1p 21 a2), som udfører gribningen af nåle-ribberøret (100), og hvilket udstyr (20) anvendes til at bevæge nåle-ribberøret (100) fra den første station til ribbefremstillingsstationen (Ρ1ρ P2, P3..) og fremad efter fuldendelse af ribbefremstillingen, og kæberne (22,23) af indretningen (20) anvendes til at fastholde nåle-ribberørene (100) under ribbefremstillingen.
15, Udstyr ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 12-14, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) omfatter en krop (Ri), i hvilken der er en aktuator (M^ til at rotere stangen (11) eller tilførselsstangen, og i hvilken krop (R^ der er en aktuator (R2) til at bevæge kroppen (R,), hvorved stangen (11) både roteres og bevæges på en lineær måde samtidig under ribbefremstillingen.

Udstyr ifølge de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) i kroppen (R-i) omfatter en aktuator (M2) til at bevæge remmen (Ηη), der fortrinsvis som en tandrem (H,) er forbundet med stængernes (11) drivhjul (N^ og tillige med drivhjulet (N2) til en anden roteret stang (11) og muligvis med drivhjulet for flere roterede stænger (11), hvorved det er muligt med én og samme aktuator (N2) og en tandrem (H·,) til samtidig at rotere flere tilstødende stænger (11) og stængerne i tilstødende ribbefremstillende stationer (P,, P2...).

Udstyr ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 12-16, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) omfatter en aktuator (M2) til at bevæge kroppen (R^, hvorved stængerne (11) i tilstødende ribbefremstillende stationer (lOa^ 10a2...) bevæges samtidig på en lineær måde ved hjælp af én og samme aktuator (M2).
18. Udstyr ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav 12-17, kendetegnet ved, at udstyret (10) omfatter støtteruller (O) til at understøtte stængerne (11).
19. Nåle-ribberør (100), der er fremstillet ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge ét eller flere af de foregående krav 1-11, kendetegnet ved, at nåle-ribberøret (100) omfatter spiralribber (30), som er blevet fremstillet mekanisk ved hjælp af en stang (11), hvorved en tråd (50) er blevet bevæget mekanisk indvendig i røret (120) af nåle-ribberøret (100), og at ribberne i nåle-ribberøret (100) er blevet fastgjort under deres egen fjederkraft indvendig i røret (120) af nåle-ribberøret (100) mod dets indre vægge.
20. Nåle-ribberør (100) ifølge de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der af nåle-ribberørene (100) dannes en serie, som i ribberne omfatter forskellige stigninger af ribbetråden (50), som er blevet frembragt ved at ændre hastigheden for tilførslen af stangen (11) og/eller rotationshastigheden for stangen.
21. Nåle-ribberør (100) ifølge krav 19 eller 20, kendetegnet ved, at ribben (30) er fremstillet af en tråd (50), som er en metaltråd.
