Description

Patentkrav: 1. Kompositmateriale omfattende mindst et første lag, der i alt væsentligt er fremstillet af polyethylen (PE) og et andet lag bestående af et tekstil, der er fremstillet af fibre, hvori en koblingsbestanddel inde-holdende funktionelle grupper påføres som et mellemliggende lag indrettet mellem det første lag og det andet lag, herved muliggørende en kemisk og/eller fysisk binding mellem det første lag og det andet lag. 2. Kompositmateriale ifølge krav 2, hvori koblingsbestanddelen omfatter mindst en PE, der er co-polymeriseret med én eller flere funktionelle grupper, der er udvalgt fra grupperne af syre, epoxy, ester, an-hydrid, hydroxid, ionomer, akrylat. 3. Kompositmateriale ifølge krav 2, hvori én eller flere funktionelle grupper er akrylsyre og/eller malei-nanhydrid og/eller glycidyl-m-akrylat og/eller butylakry-lat. 4. Kompositmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori det første lag omfatter én eller flere kvaliteter af metallocen-katalyserede PE-derivater. 5. Kompositmateriale ifølge krav 4, hvori de metallocen-katalyserede PE-derivater er udvalgt fra de følgende grupper MDPE, LLDPE og PE-co-alkener. 6. Kompositmateriale ifølge krav 5, hvori alkenerne er udvalgt blandt buten, hexen, octen, nonen, decen, fortrinsvis octen eller hexen. 7. Kompositmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4-6, hvori det første lag omfatter 20-100 % PE-co-alkener, 0-20 % MDPE og/eller 0-80 % LLDPE. 8. Kompositmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori fibrene af tekstilet af det andet lag er fremstillet af polyamid (PA), polyaramid (PAA), polyester (PET), polyethylen med ultra høj molekylvægt (UHMWPE) eller en kombination deraf. 9. Kompositmateriale ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvori de mellemliggende lag, der er indrettet mellem det første og andet lag og det andet og tredje lag i alt væsentligt er fremstillet af det samme materiale. 12. Kompositmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori kompositmaterialet er fremstillet ved ekstrudering. 13. Kompositmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori kompositmaterialet omfatter en punkteringsmodstand over 360 N (ifølge FED-STD-191A, metode 5120) . 14. Composite material according to any one of claims 4-6, wherein the first layer comprises 20-100% PE co-alkenes, 0-20% MDPE and / or 0-80% LLDPE. A composite material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fibers of the second layer fabric are made of polyamide (PA), polyaramide (PAA), polyester (PET), ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) or a combination thereof. A composite material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a third layer, substantially made of PE, is provided on the opposite side of the second layer with respect to the first layer and a coupling component containing functional groups is applied as an intermediate layer arranged between the second layer and the third layer, thereby enabling a chemical and / or physical bond between the second layer and the third layer. The composite material of claim 9, wherein the first layer and the third layer are substantially made of the same material. Composite material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the thickness of the composite is between 300 µm and 1000 µm, preferably between 400 µm and 700 µm. A composite material according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the composite material comprises a coating adhesion between the first and second layers above 75 N / 50 mm (according to ISO 2411).
