Cigarette code collection container, designed as bollard.

Scope of production

The product has been developed as a container for the disposal of cigarette code in front of non-smoking areas such as offices, shopping centers, bus stops, train stations and the like. with a throw-in in or at the top of the container and a removable cover at the bottom for emptying with a spark-clean vacuum cleaner.

The container is airtight with only oxygen access through the throw-in hole, so the shutters in the container quickly expire.

The container can be dimensioned for simultaneous use as a bollard for protection against frame thefts. Prior art

The only known similar products are actual ashtrays, where emptying comes into direct contact with shutters, ash and / or ash dust.

We are not aware of the existence of combined collection containers for cigarette butts and bollards.

The technical problem to be solved

The nve technique

The container is closed except for a small opening in the upper part, whereby the oxygen-poor room provides rapid burnout of the cigarette butts.

The container is provided with a removable cover in the lower part so that it can be emptied with a vacuum cleaner with a spark trap, thus avoiding direct contact with shutters and ash.

That the container, with high sides design, reinforced thickness and effective anchoring to the substrate, is both a collection container for cigarette code and bollard for protection against frame theft.

The technical impact

An almost airtight container for collecting cigarette code which means rapid burnout of cigarette code.

Use Model Requirements

Requirement 1:
