Scope of production.

This invention relates to a complete machine for applying and machining mortar mix on house facades which need to be water-scoured or tiled, thereby eliminating inappropriate working positions in connection with filing of house facades both inside and outside.

Prior art.

Hand-held tools in which mortar is applied using compressed air or simply using plasterboard have long been known and used in connection with the application of mortar to house facades.

The technical problem to be solved.

The known tools and methods are somewhat inconvenient to use, since considerable forces must be used here and often work in inappropriate ergonomic positions. Furthermore, these techniques leave the house facade with a rough surface and require manual smoothing with a felt board fitted with foam rubber. Furthermore, the use of scaffolding can be avoided, as all work on the new technique and method can be done from this machine mounted in a lift basket.

The new technique.

The new thing in the making is made up of. that, by using this machine and the technique used, a great deal of manual work is removed, the machine both transporting, applying and smoothing the mortar on the house facade without substantial physical use, contrary to known techniques. The machine is built with a concrete mixer / mixer. which is common. known. In direct connection with this, a hose pump is mounted via pipe connection and via a shut-off valve, which transports a mixture of cement, water and mortar through flexible pipes and hoses up along the lift arm and into the loading head.

This head is designed as outlined in Annex 1 Fig. 1.

The mortar mixture is applied to the facade by means of a pump and in certain situations also compressed air from the compressor via the nozzle of the applicator head. The mortar is machined and distributed using adjustable rubber slats. which is mounted on a longitudinally adjustable shaft, which in turn is pulled by a frequency controlled electric motor.

The application head has interchangeable impellers and can be replaced with one with fixed sponges on, so that the facade can be refilled / smoothed.

In the head is mounted a hose for supplying spray water and rinsing water for the application head and back flushing of hose connections and pump,

In order to ensure that the application head closes tightly against the facade, a spring-loaded arm is mounted on the head, which is attached to the basket's basket, even when the lift is moved. To avoid spillage, there is a rubber rim around the top of the applicator head and a brush comb which ensures that the mortar runs down the wall while the applicator roller rotates.

The rpm of the hose pump is adjusted to obtain the correct volume.

The pump is started / stopped eg. of distance indicator on the application head, so that the pump stops if the application head is too far from the wall.

The mortar quantity is further regulated based on the speed the head moves over the facade, ie. high speed greater speed of pump and thus greater volume of mortar.

The entire device is controlled from a lift basket where the complete filing machine with the head mounted on the arm is fixed to the lift basket.

Control device for the movement of the head is controlled by an electric joystick.

The technical impact.

By using the above-mentioned technique, the file work from start to finish can be performed much faster and easier than with the techniques already known. This is because the technique in the above allows transporting the mortar from the mixing site directly from the lift basket to the house facade and here the combination of the lift and the felt head will ensure a good and quick application and refilling of the mortar.

Use Model Requirements.

Machine for applying mortar to house facades, consisting of mixer (1) quantity-adjustable pump (2) connected to pipes and hose connections (3) and which is new by moving up along the lift arm to the application head (4) which ensures that the mortar via rubber impellers (5) and compressed air supply (6) are conveyed and sensed on the facade with straight pressure by means of spring-loaded arm (7), which in turn is mounted on the lifting basket (8) and which can be electrically moved independently of the movements of the lift (9).

The applicator head Annex 1 has a replaceable shaft (10) with associated foam-coated arms through which water can be supplied.
