Description

PATENTKRAV 1. Filtersamling til ultrafiltrering omfattende i en trykbeholder en eller flere filterelement adskilt af antiteleskoperende anordninger (ATD), hvori filterelementerne omfatter en eller flere membraner, der hver består af en central permeatspacer dækket på begge sider af adskillende membraner, forbundet ved en kant med et permeatrør og blokeret ved de tre øvrige kanter, snoet omkring et centralt permeatrør med en koncentratspacer, der tillader væske fra mellemrummet mellem det snoede filterelement og trykbeholderen at strømme ind i det snoede filterelement i en tangentiel spiralgående retning, således at membranerne og koncentratspacerne ligger alternerende i det opsnoede element, og hvori indgangen til rummet mellem det snoede filterelement og trykbeholderen er fri og udgangen fra nævnte rum er begrænset, således at ingen strøm eller kun en begrænset strøm tillades fra nævnte rum til rummet efter det respektive snoede filterelement, kendetegnet ved, at de snoede filterelementer er forsynet med midler til at sikre, at trykket inde i filterelementet er lig med eller lavere end trykket i mellemrummet mellem filterelementet og trykbeholderen på den samme langsgående position, 2. Filtersamling ifølge krav 1, hvori ATD'en er udformet med en ring, der tilstøder udgangssiden af det snoede filterelement for at forhindre væske i at strømme ud fra filterelementet i en afstand fra det centrale permeatrør, der er større end d, hvor d er en afstand, der er mindre en radiussen af det spiralsnoede membranelement. 3. Filtersamling ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvori midlerne til at sikre, at trykket inde i filterelementet er lig med eller lavere end trykket i mellemrummet mellem filterelementet og trykbeholderen på den samme langsgående position, er en strømningsbegrænser anbragt ved indgangen af det spiralsnoede filterelement. 4. Filtersamling ifølge krav 3, hvori strøm-ningsbegrænseren er lavet i et stykke med ATD'en. 5. Fremgangsmåde til ultrafiltrering med anvendelse af en filtersamling ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1-5, hvori et tværsnit på en vilkårlig position langs med filterelementet, trykket i mellemrummet mellem filterelementet og trykbeholderen er mindst 0,01 bar højere end trykket inde i filterelementet . 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvori trykforskellen mellem indgangen og udgangen af et filterelement er i intervallet fra 0,5-5 bar/m. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvori trykforskellen mellem indgangen og udgangen af et filterelement er i intervallet fra 1-3 bar/m. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6-9, hvori væsken, der skal filtreres, er en vandig opløsning. 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvori væsken, der skal behandles, er mælk, valle eller en fermenteringsvæske . 11. Antiteleskoperingsanordning (ATD) til anvendelse i en filtersamling ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1-5 omfattende midler til at sikre, at væsken ikke kan eller kun i en begrænset grad kan strømme ud fra mellemrummet mellem det proximale filterelement og trykbeholderen, midler til at sikre en fri indstrømning af koncentratet ind i mellemrummet mellem det distale filterelement og trykbeholderen, og midler til at begrænse strømning af koncentrat til indgangen af det distale, spiralsnoede filterelement for at sikre, at trykket ved indgangen af nævnte distale filterelement er lavere end trykket i mellemrummet mellem filterelementet og trykbeholderen på en tilsvarende position.
