Description
Patentkrav 1. Ultralydstransducer (1) til brug ved udsendelse af lyd i en gas eller en væske, hvor transduceren består af et hus Indeholdende en piezoelektrisk skive (11), der virker som svingningselement, og hvor der foran den piezoelektriske skive er anbragt en beskyttende plade kendetegnet ved at den beskyttende plade (4) og huset (5) er fremstillet af elektrisk ledende materialer, og at plade og hus er føjet sammen i en termisk proces under brug af en mekanisk kraftpåvirkning samt en elektrisk strøm, der ledes gennem pladen og huset. 2. Ultralydstransducer ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved at den beskyttende plade eller huset er forsynet med et overfladebelægning (16). 3. Ultralydstransducer ifølge krav 2 kendetegnet ved at overfladebelægningen (16) i det væsentlige består af nikkel eller en kombination af nikkel og fosfor. 4. Ultralydstransducer ifølge krav 1 kendetegnet ved at det materiale, som huset er fremstillet af, er forskelligt fra det materiale pladen er fremstillet af. 5.
