Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg (1), omfattende en vindmølle med en rotor (3) og en bølgeaktiveret vandpumpe, som kan drive en turbine, hvis udgangsaksel står i drivforbindelse med en elgenerator, kendetegnet ved, at vindmøllen omfatter et rørformet mølletårn (2), som er fast forankret til havbunden, og som mellem havoverfladen og møllens rotor (3) omslutter en lagertank (22), som ved hjælp af pumpen (12, 13, 14) kan fyldes med vand via en kontraventil (21), og hvorfra vand kan ledes til turbinen (23). 2. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at lagertanken (22) er langstrakt og i det væsentlige udstrækker sig fra området omkring havoverfladen til området ved rotoren (3) . 3. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at mølletårnet (2) udgøres af et slankt rør, som i sig selv danner væg for lagertanken (22) . 4 . Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge et af de ovenstående krav, kendetegnet ved, at turbinen (23) og den tilhørende elgenerator (29) er anbragt i mølletårnet (2) under lagertanken (22) , og at pumpen (12, 13, 14) og kontraventilen (21) fortrinsvis er integreret i mølletårnet (2) . 5. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge et af de ovenstående krav, kendetegnet ved, at mølletårnet (2) har et fodafsnit (6), hvor turbinen (23) og generatoren (29) er anbragt centralt i forlængelse af hinanden, og hvori et støbt fundament (7) for møllen rager centralt op, og at pumpen (12, 13, 14) er en stempelpumpe med et eller flere stempler (13) , som kan bevæge sig op og ned i et område, som omslutter et eller flere af elementerne turbine (23), generator (29) eller fundament (7). 6. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge et af de ovenstående krav, kendetegnet ved, at pumpestemplet (13) eller pumpestemplerne kan bevæges af et bølgeaktiveret, langstrakt drivorgan (4), såsom et flydelegeme, som udstrækker sig i det væsentlige i diametral retning i forhold til tårnet (2), og som omkring tårnets fodafsnit (5) er lejret drejeligt omkring tårnets længdeakse. 7. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at drivorganet (4) har form af et flydelegeme, som i området omkring tårnet har et særligt stort opdriftsvolumen (31). 8. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at anlægget omfatter en sensor til registrering af bølgernes udbredelsesretning og et styresystem til afhængigt af den registrerede retning og ved hjælp af en fortrinsvis elektrisk aktuator at indstille drivorganet (4) således, at dets længdeakse ligger i det væsentlige parallelt med bølgetoppene. 9. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge et af de ovenstående krav, kendetegnet ved, at tårnets fundament (7) under havoverfladen har nedad tiltagende diameter. 10. Vind- og bølgeenergianlæg ifølge et af de ovenstående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den ved havoverfladen beliggende del af tårnets (2) ydervæg (15) er af metal, og at der omfattes organer til elektrisk opvarmning af denne del af ydervæggen.
