Die zur Zeit gebräuchlichen Hausklingeltafeln haben den Nachteils daß man die Namen im Dunkeln nicht lesen kann* Es hat sich eingebürgert, daß man dann den untersten Knopf drückt, um den Parterrebewohner um Auskunft zu bitten. Der unterste Knopf ist jedoch als Doppeldrücker ausgebildet ₉ und zwar im Prinzip wie auf der Skizze dargestellt. Beim Bindrücken stellt der Knopf(1) zunächst den Kontakt zwischen einer unter Strom stehenden Blatt- oder Schraubenfeder (2) und der Beleuchtung (3) her. Yon dieser Beleuchtung aus werden die aus durchscheinendem Material bestehenden Namensschilder (A) von hinten her beleuchtet« Die lamen sind nun auch bei Dunkelheit gut zu lesen* Erst beim weiteren Bindrücken des Knopfes (1) wird der Kontakt zwisohen der Peder (2.) und der Anschluß schraube.
